Dragon Ball XENOVERSE made a strong showing on the North American PlayStation Store sales charts for June 2016: the game ranked as the #16 game on the PlayStation 4 chart, as well as #11 on the PlayStation 3 chart.

The game was recently available for $15.99 ($11.99 for PlayStation Plus subscribers) during the company’s “Best of E3” sale mid-June. The game is currently on sale for the Xbox 360 and Xbox One via Microsoft’s “Ultimate Game Sale”.

The original Dragon Ball XENOVERSE, developed by Dimps for Bandai Namco, was announced in May 2014 and launched in February 2015 for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC (via Steam) internationally. The game saw a user-created character teaming up with Trunks and the Kaiōshin of Time to correct anomalies and disruptions to the timeline caused by the villains Mira, Towa, and Demigra. As of February 2016, the game had shipped over three million copies worldwide.

Dragon Ball XENOVERSE 2 will be available in North America this October for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (via Steam).
