Episode Synopsis

Goku sprints after Bubbles with all his might, and in three weeks finally catches him! Kaiō is impressed at Goku having conquered 10x gravity, and expects that he might be able to master the Kaiō-Ken. Continuing on, Kaiō gives Goku the training task of hitting his own errand boy Gregory with a giant hammer. Finally, after two weeks Goku succeeds in hitting him! Meanwhile, Kuririn and the others finish their training at God’s temple.

Episode Notes

• While the original broadcast of this episode featured Kenji Yamamoto’s musical score, the background music in all subsequent re-airings have been replaced by Shunsuke Kikuchi’s original musical score from Dragon Ball Z due to allegations of musical infringement. The credits below reflect those from the original broadcast in which Kenji Yamamoto is credited as the series’ musical composer, although Shunsuke Kikuchi is credited as such in all subsequent re-airings and home video releases featuring his replacement score.
