I love some of the Levi suites that were released (Gohan's Friend, Escape from Piccolo). I've only watched a little bit of the Westwood dub, and I can't really say that I heard any memorable BGM. I'm not really biased when it comes to Falcouner or the original BGM either. I just like whatever sounds...

The PAL conversion is most likely the reason. The instrumental track is obviously copyrighted, so they might have put it at a higher pitch to prevent the copyright bots from recognizing it.
You can probably use Audacity to alter the pitch of the song.

So, I have sort of a strange question for you all. This might be for someone Japanese to answer. There's a singer on some of the DBZ Hit Song Collection CDs called "Tricky Shirai". He mostly sang duets with KUKO (Waffle). I really like his voice, so I tried to research him to find out more...
