Germany: If I remember correctly the original run of Dragon Ball aired in the afternoon from Monday to Friday and after that was completed, the first run of DBZ aired right before the prime time shows from Monday to Friday.

Don't know about GT, Kai and Super though.

The connection on PS4 works fine as far as I've experienced it. My only complaint in that regard would be towards the matchmaking, which should not take 10+ minutes for an unranked match on a weekend. Yet it consistently does take between 10 and 20 minutes before the game matches me with an opponent.

But these instances of Kid Goku with the wrong voice actually can be fixed if you have the whole series in german and an video editing programm like Magix.
