Re: Dragon Ball Super in Portugal

I've been checking out the new episodes and I really have mixed feelings about everything. Although I can stand most of the new voices, and I think that some of them are really good (I absolutely love the new Frieza), I can't really stand Vegeta's new voice. I don't really understand how audio in o...

Re: Dragon Ball Super in Portugal

The new episode aired and I have mixed feelings, it's great that Super is back but the Opening is awful especially the instrumental that sounds super compressed and Miguel has what sounds like an AutoTune on his voice, oh and the sound mixing is still as terrible as always :') The new voices were a ...

And with screenings of the first 2 episodes of the ''new dub'' in a cinema. Really exciting times to be a Dragon Ball fan.

Re: Dragon Ball Super in Portugal

Looks like Vegeta may be played by Simon Frankel, according to a friend of mine he was the only new name in the end credits, so it may be him. I really like his past works so I'm curious to see how he'll tackle this character.

Re: Dragon Ball Super in Portugal

Miguel Raposo's love for Dragon Ball(and Naruto for that matter) is really showing, this guy will go far as Goku and he'll be amazing at it for sure.

Re: Dragon Ball Super in Portugal

So I found this podcast with Miguel Raposo and right on the first 2 minutes Miguel Raposo reveals he's the new voice of Limit Break x Survivor, he´s a professional singer so it makes sense. Wonder if he'll dub Ultimate Battle too. EDIT: He also reveals he's the new voice of Master Roshi. This will ...

Re: Dragon Ball Super in Portugal

For those who don't know BIGGS is premiering two brand new episodes on Iberanime. They're premiering two ToP episodes and since all the ToP episodes until 104 are still with SIC it's easy to assume that it will be the first time 105 and 106 will be shown in Portugal. 105 will premiere on Saturday a...

Re: Dragon Ball Super in Portugal

Low wages issues aside, both sides are too hung up on the details. Audio In should have said that he refused the series, not the movie. And Feist should accept the implication that by refusing the series, he's refusing to play the part in the IP (that includes the movie or any other related product...

Re: Dragon Ball Super in Portugal

The movie has surpassed 115.000€ in revenue since release, with this weekend alone grossing 29.000€, really hope we can get even more. I'm seeing it this week so I'll help the numbers.

Re: Dragon Ball Super in Portugal

They fixed the error but some cinemas like Colombo are gone. They were negotiating the rooms with NOS because the movie "Us" premieres on 21st March and is distributed by NOS and NOS obviously has a bias with the movie they distribute. Damn, hate when that happens :/ Guess I'll just rewat...

Re: Dragon Ball Super in Portugal

I didn't mind the joke this time because it was just that phrase. Had it been the full thing I would have cringed hard. Hated the Fortnite joke also. I love the Fortnite joke so much. It will date the dub hard but holy shit what a well-timed joke, the whole room laughed Same, I fucking loved it.

Re: Dragon Ball Super in Portugal

FFS the page is a cancer to the fandom... They now want to send Miguel Raposo and Tomás Alves away to get Feist, Spinola and Loy back CLEARING THIS UP: The page had nothing to do with that post. Re: Dragon Ball Super in Portugal

I went to see the pre-premier and commented on their facebook page, it's quite long so here it is untranslated. Já venho atrasado tendo em conta que o filme estreia daqui as 2 dias mas vim deixar a minha opinião na mesma. Esta é, possivelmente, a melhor dobragem portuguesa que a franquia já viu des...

No, every error was fixed in the movie even the Broly scream when transforming, which by the way was superb.

Oh I can guarantee you he won't. Also, giving Loy the power to choose the person to replace him? Yeah, no thanks.
Then let's see who they choose.
