I know it hasn't been confirmed as official yet, but i'm placing my bets that it is.

I was thinking about a new DB movie a couple of days ago and to see this being announced, well a lot of fangirling was involved.

I hope this movie will be structured like DBZ movie 13, in that it feels more like a film, rather than just an extended episode like most of the other DB films.
