Pretty much everything that's been mentioned already. In a nutshell though;
More accurate dub.
More accurate VA
Cut down and removed pointless filler (A subjective positive, I personally find Kai a tad too pacy in places)

Re: Dragon Ball - Mega Figures Banpresto's 20cm - DX Soft-Vi
I can't really confirm if he's legit, I've never brought from him personally (resisted the temptation). However he does provide a lot of pictures and he also has a youtube channel where he has uploaded some videos of his figures.
Here's his channel:

Re: Dragon Ball - Mega Figures Banpresto's 20cm - DX Soft-Vi
If your asking for "03, 05/06, 07, 09, 10, 13" there's this one eBay seller who was selling most of these (The only one I didn't recall him selling was Karin) I'll edit this post if I can find his ebay account. One thing I do remember though is that he had titled his Goku figures as Gohan ...

Re: FUNimation DBZ TV Blu-ray Official On-Going Thread
This really ticks me off. I could have gotten DBOX 4 last year for $40, but I really liked how Level 1.1 looked so I killed my DBOX collecting. Now I've got two volumes of a defunct release, no way of completing my DBOX collection, with Funi hinting at pursuing more DBOX releases. The least they ca...

Re: Dragon Box FUNimation Survey
I wonder, is it worth waiting for the potential price drop or should we get these ASAP? I'm not really sure tbh, because I'm certain that there will be a lot of people buying numerous Dragon Boxes to re-sell but than Funimation will probably release them initially for a higher price.

Re: What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?
I got ordered this quite a while back, it came last week: It's quite cramped in that little shelf, but all 5 units of the cupboard are filled with dragon ball goods. Nevertheless the resin is beautiful, it came a with detachable hand so you can remove Gohan and keep it with only Freeza. The resin i...

Re: Dragon Ball Z - Level 1.1 and Level 1.2 - Collect. Blu-r
I'd definitely pick em' up if I were you , at least so you can see DBZ at its best (IMO) even if it is for the same initial episodes which we've all probably got at least twice already .

Re: FUNimation DBZ TV Blu-ray Official On-Going Thread
To me, the best case scenario would definitely be that FUNi cooperate with Toei to release the definitive HD edition of the Dragon Boxes with more extras, corrected colours, and the better Japanese audio. I'd not hesitate to pay tons of money by going in debt if they did it. It's quite unlikely to ...

Re: FUNimation DBZ TV Blu-ray Official On-Going Thread
lack of sells is laughable. Even the Dragon Boxes had poor sales and all 7 sets were released. If lack of sales was the problem it would probably be very frustrating for Funimation tbh. I mean they actually got this release spot on IMO (unlike OB's), it was the best release in terms of quality (IMO...

Re: FUNimation DBZ TV Blu-ray Official On-Going Thread
Oh man why did this have to happen, I've been looking forward to the possibility of having DBZ on Blu-ray. Not to mention at least having a non-sucking way to watch DBZ with Faulconer for the nostalgia. I'm just relived that I didn't go and sell my Dragon boxes (not that I was planning too, but I sa...

I assume to time consuming or expensive. I sure hope there new process doesn't cause deterioration in quality.samuraix123 wrote:Wait what! Why would they want a new remastering process, When the one they're using is fine?
