The Big Green Dub definitely gets the most laughs out of me. The Speedy dub is mostly just a miserable experience with some funny bits strewn about, but not consistently enough for me to enjoy it.

The Blue Water dub is mostly uncensored from what I remember. They really just removed anything involving panties. The only time it really became incomprehensible is when Kamesennin gives Bulma the Dragon Ball. for no real reason. Can't speak for much else.

I never minded that filler bit where the Kienzan fails against Perfect Cell. I feel like people really overrate the Kienzan's ability. Sure it's an incredibly powerful move, but I feel to see why people think it should be able to cut literally anything.
