Probably about as strong as he was before the ToP when you think about it. Maybe a bit stronger after fighting Jiren, but since he lost UI I guess he really didn't gain much.

Just thought I'd show some appreciation for how great the voice actor did, his screams were extremely intense. It definitely made the character a lot better in my mind, because he was always so monotone and boring the entire time.

Love it? Hate it? I've always liked it but felt it overshadowed Super Saiyan too much, now the rarity of it also makes it more appealing to me. I just wish a Saiyan would show mastery of it so they can use it without stamina drain.
