If you didn't read them, fine, but they're there and they're the rules of the site. You can't speak for every other person here though. I'd rather not continue having a back and forth though. The post wasn't okay. That's all I had to say.

Re: Who else loves Goku's animalistic ROARS of ferocity when in Omen and MUI ?

Well that's your interpretation. Just cause you find the "no offence" obnoxious, it doesn't mean that the message isn't conveyed properly. I'm sorry, but after some of the shit I've seen/heard, that just sounds like childplay to me. There's nothing offensive about it for anyone who's past...

Come on, he was so nice about it, he even said "good day" to him. I've seen way worse things on here There wasn't anything nice about it, at all. Like someone said on the last page, adding "no offense" to it doesn't make it any better. It's just plain obnoxious. I'm pretty sure ...

Re: Who else loves Goku's animalistic ROARS of ferocity when in Omen and MUI ?

That's just how some people are. For them, that may not even be that rude. I know tons of people who swear and talk loudly, and think that it's normal, because it's their natural way of behaving Good for them. I swear myself from time to time, but that above post I called out was just plain uncalle...

Why is it necessary for someone to be rude to prove a point? Your asking a question that doesn't apply here, if at all.

It is in no way is that alright to say to someone on here, technically or not. It literally says in the forum rules not to harass anyone and to be polite. It's just rude.

Re: Who else loves Goku's animalistic ROARS of ferocity when in Omen and MUI ?

I loved them in the previous works, so I'm glad they're back. However, I wish they'd go the full Mile and incorporate them for every SS transformation as they did back then. Also hopefully, other dubs are able to incorporate them as well. As far as I remember, there weren't any dubs of DB, DBZ, or D...

Re: Favorite Iteration of Son Goku

As of now, my favorite characterization of him would probably have to be the Saiyan arc. That may change though, as I plan to rewatch the original DB for the first time in years.

Re: Things that grind your gears

I think most general audiences would agree, the simple fact that FUNI's version is in the English language automatically makes it far superior. (Dumb way to put it, but it's true. General Audiences could care less) Sure. Let's go with that. Grinds my gears that a lot of people here, owner included,...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super" FUNimation Dub Official Discussion Thread

Can't believe I have to bring this up here, since I thought this would've been understood, but you can't really portray jokes too well in text form, unless that's what people know to expect from you. In any case, I wasn't made, or trying to be rude. It's another case of not being able to convey ton...

Opinions on Pieces of Music - V5!

Here's a fifth version of this thread. The fourth one hadn't had a post in months, so I made a new one. Rules are the same: give your review/opinion on the Dragon Ball music piece shared by the above poster, then link to a Dragon Ball music piece of your own for the next poster to give their review/...

Re: But seriously, how did the Falcouner soundtrack even make it to air?

Maybe FUNImation's original syndication or their rock infused tracks don't bother me quite as much because I was lucky enough to have watched a version that is closer to the Japanese version out of the gun. Unlike most of you who were stuck with what you considered a heavily altered version. Differ...

I'd say either Tokunaga or Takaki. Probably Takaki for this day and age. My favorite scene that he scored was the cutscene in Ultimate Tenkaichi when Gohan says goodbye to Goku. It's so sad

Re: But seriously, how did the Falcouner soundtrack even make it to air?

Obviously there was somebody that thought rock/guitar music really fit into Dragonball Z, which is why they crammed so much metal rock music into their movies in the first place. At the end of the day FUNImation had a certain vision for their release of DBZ and it payed off because there's tons of ...

Re: But seriously, how did the Falcouner soundtrack even make it to air?

Standards obviously change as you get older, but I just honestly don't remember caring or hearing anybody else care about stuff like voice acting and music. Like I had said earlier, I think music has to subconsciously be appealing. Not that you would notice it particularly as a kid, but the BGM has...

Remastered DBZ Toonami Promos

As most of y'all know, back in the day, Toonami put out some really amazing promos for a lot of the shows that ran on their block. Again, as most of y'all know DBZ was one of these shows. In recent years, a YouTuber named SlimD716 has taken upon himself to remaster these promos. A lot of his older p...

Re: But seriously, how did the Falcouner soundtrack even make it to air?

In that, you are very right. Original Dragonball is just about a kid on a journey to become a better fighter. But Z is literally named after the Z Fighters, who are assembled to fight the threats of the earth. They saved earth from the Saiyans, the Galaxy from Freeza, the planet from Cell, and the ...
