I beat Story Mode 100% in Tenkaichi 2 & still do not have Grandpa Gohan. I have the Z-Item, "Master Roshi's Pupil" but still do not have "Fox's Mask" ir whatever it's supposed to be. How do I get it?

Most likely Duo. Just like some Nameks are Warrior & others are Healers. Maybe there are some Nameks that cannot make DB's.
