I think it's probably that you didn't meet the requirements for it to happen, or whatever. No well see that's the thing. I chose Yamcha as an assist for Krillin who was the Com but I didn't get to choose one myself. So if it was going to happen, the Com should have done something, but in my case it...

If you're watching it on You Tube, no matter what video it is, you are not seeing how remarkably gorgeous the game is. It will blow you the fuck away. Any complaints about colors, details, I wouldn't worry, I'm sure they'll be addressed in Burst Limit 2 & 3 whenever they come out. I wasn't clear...

LOL, if she's an OP fan surely you can get her into DBZ, the two are similar animals in the end.
She's Japanese. Knowing DB is part of being Japanese. When she was a child the boys in her school yelled at bees imagining they were Buu.

Hope she doesn't come onto this forum. ^_^ No, she's Japanese and only reads One Piece anyway :D Anyway, playing the DBZ Burst Limit game. I haven't played many/much of the Sparking series and what little I did I don't recall so for all I know it could be the same thing but really pretty. All I kno...

Bandai succeeds yet again in giving me yet another reason NOT to buy their last DBZ game. I figure if I wait long enough they'll just release one eventually that has a 400+ character roster for the Playstation 5 where you can script your own episodes and shit.

The Piccolo guy was perfectly cast. I dunno about his acting abilities but I'll be damned if he isn't the spittin' image of Daimaou without makeup. Ignore the Piccolo to the left. He's playing Daimao. That's IGN being uninformed. http://moviesmedia.ign.com/movies/image/article/835/835143/dragonball-...

Wow. What awful dialogue wasted on such talented VA's.

They truly make Funimation's clowns sound like shit but with lines like that I simply don't know which is worse.

I liked what it did beyond 12 mainly because it careful showed how one fuck could turn most of the world into 'sheeple'. I mean, if you pick up Volume 20 and see some of the shyt going on you'd just be like...yeah ok. But the progression of 'Friend Inc.' is methodical and careful pulling all the rig...

'Funny you'd mention Urasawa, as he's reponsible for the narrative trainwreck that is "20th Century Boys"... ^^; Oh I totally agree it's a trainwreck. In fact, its narrative is the manga equivalent of 9/11. But the story is fantastic. If there wasn't time literally pissed down the drain o...

Drew inspiration for his character from Dragon Ball huh? Yeah. You can see the stunning similarities between them.... -_- And where did Ando draw his influence from? Mr. Baseball? ^O^ And although I'll admit the angst-o-meter can sometimes run off the charts, the acting and writing in Lost is unpara...

Don't quote me on that though, I'm not completely sure. I am. http://www.thegrandline.com/odainterview.html BTW, in talking about how awesome the animation is and how the DBZ series would have looked great that way. Consider the following. This was a promotional product that lasted a few minutes. D...

So could this be an attempt to lead in the direction to make a new DragonBall series in that animation?
No.

I've also seen a huge difference between fans concerning the two. Around here the Dbz fans were people ranging from 12 to 15 and for Pokemon the audience was way younger and more girls liked it too. The question is not "What is Dragon Ball in America?" The question is, "Is Dragon Bal...

It always seemed like common sense that pokemon for instance was certainly aimed at a younger audience than dragonball. There's a huge difference between the two. I was wandering around Kawasaki City the other day while waiting for my girlfriend to get out of work when I stumbled upon the equivalen...

I also asked about the pg-rating, maybe since you live in Japan you know if they even have one. Here they are 13+. There are no TV ratings in Japan. It always seemed like common sense that pokemon for instance was certainly aimed at a younger audience than dragonball. There's a huge difference betw...

Let's say the show is aimed for 13 year olds, that's around the time I first saw it, by the time you've finished watching all three shows you're well into your adult years :p Let's not and say we didn't. Because you saw it at 13 instantly means that the show was designed for 13-year olds? How ego-c...

Dragon Ball/Z/GT was aimed directly at elementary school aged children with the accuracy of a sniper rifle. It never changed its target audience. It was what it was. Now a question for Americans, since when in the hell was anything wrong with liking a 'children's show'? Freakazoid is one of the shor...
