As I did last time, I made a straight Mock-up of the DBox 2 Cover, so we can have a front shot without the weird perspective. Also, since people liked it Last time, I made a wallpaper out of it. Let me know if anyone wants custom dimensions and/or custom text on the blank spots. Not to be a pain in...

Re: Where should I start in Japanese?
First, I like the dub. I really am not much of a fan of the Japanese version. I like the music, which is why I watch the dub with the original music on the Season boxsets. And I'm not one of those "GOKU IS VOICED BY A GIRL LOL THATS WEIRD". I don't mind it at all. So to you, which is the ...

This thread is fucking long. I give up trying to follow this shit. Can someone PM me when a proper JP/US Dragonbox comparison has been compiled? I'm not diving through the 40-ish pages I haven't been keeping tabs on. The point of topic is changing every 5 or so posts. This is ridiculous. Well, yeah...

Not. Going. To. Happen. 8) And would you have ever thought FUNimation would release the Dragon Boxes? I think anything can happen at this point. I guess I wasn't clear enough... I'm saying there won't be any extras on the second Dragon Box, not that there'll never be any extras on any of them. And ...

How'd you managed to price match with Target? At gunpoint. That's how I did it. :P -Corey  That's cool if they allow you to have a TV and DVD player in jail! It was actually quite easy and the people there were really cool about it. Grab the Dragon Box and go to customer service and let...

Knowing for sure wouldn't really change anything for us, the product we got is the product they came up with. At the very least we can assume (just based on the fact they spent money on it and would want to make sure they could do more with it if they wanted) the following: They have an uncompresse...

Do you know what they are? It isn't actually possible to know for sure (well, for Toei employees who worked on it it is....) But we can guess based on what they would have needed to remaster the series. Uncompressed video masters stored digitally with redundancies in case of an accident. It also wo...

If Toei had their Dragon Box masters on digibetas then I would assume they just did straight clones to digibeta and gave those to FUNi. So I believe in that case they would be 1:1. I mean they can't really make a worse copy off the master, that is unless they give them beta SPs or something... but ...

No, it won't. Tape is also much more climate sensitive than optical/hard drive media is. The data on tape exists in the physical realm, it is accessed via magnetism (I forget the actual method as to how the data is taken off of tape, but I know it has to do with the tape being magnetic. The very in...
