I was trying to dig up some information about the tankobon's spine art for a thread I'm about to make and I found 2 goofs. The first is in the Spine Art Guide under the Original Tankobon Release section. It says
Original Tankobon Release wrote:Akira Toriyama strongly hints in his “Ask Me Anything Corner” of tankōbon volume six that he drew the spine art for the tankōbon releases as they were being published, saying he wasn’t sure what he’d draw for the spine of the eight volume.
"Eight" should be "eighth".

From there I decided to read the question for myself so I went to Toriyama's AMA in Tankobon vol. 6. Question #1 says
Question #1 wrote:On the spines of the Dragon Ball graphic novels, so far you’ve drawn a Dragon Ball with one star for every volume of the series goes over seven volumes?
It seems that part of the question was left out. I checked this AMA printed in my Dragon Ball vol. 2 and it's word-for-word except for the missing part.

"On the spines of the Dragon Ball graphic novels, so far you’ve drawn a Dragon Ball with one star for every volume of the series. What will you do if the series goes over seven volumes?"

On the Dragon Ball Kai volume 33 review, the comparison between Z Cell and Kai Cell isn't there at all.

In the announcement for the SDCC SH Figuarts Vegeta, there is a minor spelling mistake.
When Dragon Ball Z‘s fifth episode showed Vegeta and Nappa for the “first” time in May 1989 (though they were somewhat indirectly shown from afar in a prior episode during Raditz’s flashback), the characters — specifically Vegeta — had not year appeared in a color manga chapter. Akira Toriyama, who has stated many times how lax he is with colors, would not draw a colorized Vegeta until the following month in Chapter 228.
I think you meant to type "had not yet appeared" instead.

If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! According to the Ending Theme Guide, apparently Hironobu Kageyama sang ZENKAI Power.
What a wonderfully flexible voice he must have.....

The Kanzenban breakdown in the color chapter guide erroneously uses the plural "chapters" for every volume which includes many with only one included, so there's many listed as "One Color Chapters".

The dates for the chapters listed in Volume #17 are as follows:

Chapter 195 - 4 October 1988
Chapter 196 - 8 October 1988
Chapter 197 - 18 October 1988

Bit of an odd gap between these chapters, yes? If there's a week break between each issue of Jump, shouldn't C-196 have come out on 11 October?

Health & Sports Day fell on Monday, 10 October. As such, the issue of Jump that would normally have gone on sale the 11th was instead released the Saturday before.

Just got done watching DBZ episode 30 and noticed the episode guide fails to credit Lunch while the episode itself does. :D

This egregious error on my part has been rectified! Gotta get Lunch into as many credits as we can in Z. ;)

Just noticed on the Dragon Ball Kai episode guide that on the page for episode 115 under "Next Time", the episode title listed is actually for episode 117 instead of 116.

Has it been noted yet the North American home video guide mistakenly lists Kai part seven as containing episode 89?

Fixed. Thanks for the heads up, but just for future reference, we actually have a general thread about these sorts of things.

This is more of a nitpick.
Chapter 333's synopsis wrote:Vegeta says to cut the crap: the only Saiyans are he and Kakarrot, known here as ‘Son Goku’
He doesn't call him Son Goku, which is the joke.

Chapter 001's synopsis is the only one labelled as a summary.

New goof I just found. On the Dragon Box Z volume 1 review, the comparison with Goku holding Nappa up doesn't change to the R2 version when you hover over it.

Small typo I found... that unfortunately is present in every single chapter page of the manga guide:
As the tankōbon volumes were not released with these colors in-tact, any color pages shown are taken from the kanzenban release.

I've been aware of it for a while, but I've been holding off on telling Heath since I'm sure he'd be just thrilled to go through page-by-page to do a find-and-replace operation when he's already neck-deep in Kai and wiki stuff....

What, I should do it? I'm busy with my own things....
