You dont need your old posts deleted for a fresh start. In all honestly it looks like a attempt to save face. Instead of trying to cover them up, have them remain and keep them around as a reminder on how not to act.

There's no need for something drastic like this. If you're a bit embarrassed by the quality of your old posts, just use that as self-motivation to improve.
