Signature not displaying correctly

It's basically coming as a large block of text, no spoiler tags , colours etc are working..
This happened once before but it rectified itself after a week,this time it's not happening, what's the issue here?

You have "Disable BBCode" clicked in your signature setup area (User Control Panel > Profile > Edit Signature).
