I had to click... But Fu is already appearing by the end of this chapter!

Everything is shaping the way I thought: different dimensions colliding is because of Fu. I knew he obviously would be the reason (or at least a key character in this whole situation) but not until later in the series. Of course, this is the manga and things play out differently. In the arcade version Fu still might appear much later but it seems in the manga he will make his full debut earlier than we expect.

2018 is the Year of Fu!



I don't have much problem with obvious silhouettes and although this one clearly resembles Cooler, it still feels like something's off to me...

Is there any significance to the fact that the Trunks appearing in the prison cell is seemingly the Trunks from Super? Or is Xeno Trunks getting another redesign?

Fuu being confirmed for Heroes is great and all, since I like the Heroes stuff more than the Xenoverse stuff and that might mean XV3 will delve a bit into that... But what the hell is up with Mechikabura then? The young form in the manga looks nothing like the one in the game and if Prison Planet is starting next chapter, what's the conclusion of him getting it back?

Fixed. Cooler would have a 1-Up on anything Freeza did, something Xenoverse 2 failed with.

Fu likely has a part to play, but that page with him is not the Dark Demon Realm Mission manga. It's the author's Ultimate Charisma Mission series. So don't necessarily expect Fu to show up at the start of the Universe Mission/Prison Planet Arc in-game, or the Dark Demon Realm Mission manga if it (presumably) continues.

Demigra did (somehow) appear in the SDBH8 game mission, and was never actually killed (or even confronted) in the Dark Demon Realm Mission manga. So it's not really surprising that he'd appear along Chamel. Though I question if he'd work alongside Mechickaboola, as he did in-game, considering the one time he did show up in the manga, he said he no longer serves the army.

Kind of. For the manga at least. In the Heroes games, unlike Xenoverse or the manga, Demigra worked with Towa and Mira during his arc in the God Mission sets and with Mechickaboola's Dark Empire during this SDBH set.

The Hero class avatars are the only ones that have ever been given names outside of Toyotaro's Victory Mission manga. While I would welcome it, in hope of changing that, I'd be surprised if the Elite and Berserker show up.
