Seeing as XV characters, namely Demigra and Chronoa, were added in (and technically Mira and Towa since they didn't appear until around XV released), I'm quite confident #21 will be as well someday. I'd predict around FighterZ's release for her, but as far as I know we still haven't seen Final Form Mira nearly a year after XV2's release (correct me if I'm wrong), so it's hard to say for certain.

Of course, it's worth mentioning that FF Mira was technically a secret character, as he wasn't advertised pre-release, whereas #21 and the other characters were shown ahead of their respective game releases.

Android 21 would be a nice addition due to the possible forms she can get, plus some kind of interaction with other characters at the end of a mission; in the same fashion as Dabura and Towa.

But again, not before (or add along with) Android 9. A brief return to/a type of mission akin to Galaxy Mission would come in handy at this moment since there are two more interesting androids to be added in Heroes. Hopefully we get Android 9 and Android 21 soon enough (oh, and Android 8 as well. Poor guy isn't in the game yet).

Imagine two new Super 17 absorptions, both red-haired because 9 and 21. 9 makes Super 17 very stocky while 21 gives him curly hair and glasses.

That reminds me, aside from 17, 13 and Cell, have any of the other androids gotten new forms?

I think around Mid November, however from my experience somewhere at the end of this month we should have leaks that show pretty much everything newsworthy from the mission, really looking foward to it.

I was wondering what would come first for the Xeno characters, SSJ4 or God forms. Wonder how long till they get those God forms.

While I don't personally think it's the case, there is always the possibility it could be some kind of stylistic choice for depicting their fusion process here.

Man if that new SS4 i been waiting for so long ends up just being Goku with a different outfit i'm gonna be really pissed off, if anything this should make for a excuse to make SS4 Vegito at least but it looks like it's just a bunch of nothing what a waste.
