Because he "is transforming"... Into a giant someone else. That image actually belongs to Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X, it's the Creation Mode, where the player can give any transformation to anyone.

I imagine it's something similar to how Black's SSGSS was different due to his status/ki as a deity. Broly's ki being green is like his signature look, and since his Super Saiyan form is kinda green usually anyways, I imagine they made his SSGSS (if that is what it is, since it's seemingly his Super Saiyan with god ki) green still, but with longer hair.

I wanna see him Dokkan Battle honestly. Or even Xenoverse 2/3. Broly God counts as a movie villain, right? Even if Real 4-D is only like 10 minutes.

*Originally, LSS Broli's hair were normally golden, and were turned green because the mind control device made his regular SS form purple. However, Super retconned this with Kale, making the green hair the normal color of Legendary Super Saiyan.

Actually even without the device he had green hair, but when he goes 100% it goes more yellow in the first film, but its back very slightly green in the return, and then theres Bio Broly who never had a control device but his hair keeps a green tint

I'd argue it could be either, but I lean more towards LSSGSS, since we know SSGSS can have variance and is a form of Super Saiyan, while it's Broly's Super Saiyan forms that go extra buff, and Super Saiyan God on its own seems (despite the name) unrelated to Super Saiyan. Plus we know that SSGSS is something that can be trained to achieve, at least in the anime, while SSG requires a ritual. LSSGSS is what I'll be calling it anyways until we get an explanation though.

As for hair color changes and the mind control device, that only occurred with his Super Saiyan form being purple. Like Mahakaishin said, the green tint in his Legendary form was kept after at certain points in all the movies, even in Bio-Broly.

That's almost the amount or maybe more than what Broly has, and it's a character who is "canonically" known just getting destroyed by a meteor. It's okay for Gokū to get milked despite his canonical appearances and forms because "he's the main character" and "we got to see him grow up" and all that, but a character from the movies - essentially a blank slate for Heroes to do anything they could imagine with, without concerns for affecting the canon - is worth renaming the franchise over?

No offense, but Broli's not even considered a canonical character, and Heroes sure ain't, so I don't understand the complaining. You don't have to associate with the game if you don't like it.
