Sorry for the double-post, but my two hours is up.

Does anyone have any advice for the Ultimate Finish in PQ39: "The Cell Games Continued"? I can't seem to stop Gohan from using Super Kamehameha and one-shotting Cell.

Best way to do it is to go in with a full party.

I go in with SSJB Goku and Vegeta as allies then Ultimate spam lol

press Triangle next to them then press X it should say challenge (wont work if they have it off or are in a group.)

So... I have little Will to actually play through this game ; is there a way to get all characters ( except of course your own created one) and use it like a fighting game?

There's an Offline Versus mode. You can do 1v1, 2v2, or 3v3, but the time limit is always 3 minutes.

Playing through the game, unless you get it on PC, in which case I'm assuming you can hack it to get everyone. Otherwise, yeah, story, Parallel Quests, and Dragon Balls.

That sucks. I don't want to spend all that time neither do I have a good enough pc.

I guess your best bet would be to watch the story mode on YouTube (or something of the like) and wait on XV2, since it'll probably have all the same characters.

I'm on 360 but I rarely play XV1 anymore after getting all the skills.

Unlocking the characters is kinda easy, fortunately. If you don't count the need to participate in PQ's in order to progress the story mode smoothly.
The only pain in the ass is progressing ith teachers and obtaining clothes and attacks.
