I'm pretty sure Turles belongs to Saiyan saga, in a timeline that Goku didn't get heavily injured after his battle against Vegeta and Bulma and the others stayed on Earth, rather than traveling to Namek.

This gameplay looks awesome. It now plays like Tenkaichi 3 on steroids. It looks and plays better than the first one thank god. I am SO pre-ordering this on the PS4.
Just chillin' with Goku and Vegeta, Kairi, Riku, Mickey, Goofy, and of course Donald Fuckin' Duck.

And swingin' this keyblade called Crystal Snow. Damn, even its own keyblade transformation beats out Krillin's speed. BTW, Blizzard Blades are Goku fast.

I don't know if it's a happy coincidence, but look at the way turles head reacts when he gets punched by Goku. That's awesome attention to detail if body parts will act a certain way when hit.

It's possible that Fusion Reborn is set in a different timeline in the game and the OC has to travel to that timeline. I also think that Super #13 will probably show up along side Cell in the game.

I always thought of movies 2, 3 and 4 all taking place in a row, in that sort of no-one-dies-against-the-saiyans timeline so no need to go to Namek; hence, those three movies form a sort of replacement arc for Namek. Or. Something.

Hi, has someone tried the ki-wave blast 1 vs 1?
Have Dimps added this in Xenoverse 2? We had it in Budokai and in Sparking series by Chunsoft too.
In the gameplay footage no one seems having tried this yet.

I don't think they'll ever add beam clashes in the Xenoverse series. As great as they look and as intense they can get, they really are just button mashers and can probably become a cheap way to reduce someone else's health just because you can push buttons quicker than them. There's no real skill in it.

Ok, but if you add a quick-time event in it by entering in a "rage mode" or similar?
Ok, quick-time event will slow down gameplay, maybe just no then.

Considering that I don't have a second controller and that ps plus is not so cheap, I really hope the AI is challenging and clever, I hope it's difficult because XV1 was just way too easy at times and the times when you could say it was 'difficult' was just cheap as the opponent had too much health and the time limit was too short as well as the irritating invisible guard thingy which didn't make the opponent flinch.
Someone hit me up when Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, Chiaotzu :lolno:, Goten, Buu, and Gohan :!: :!: :!: become relevant again :?

Beam Struggles don't need to be button mashers, you could just rotate the joystick, or do a combination of buttons to push the beam, there's no need for cutscenes neither, you could have a third person view and see if the beam is advancing to you. And since xenoverse has team battles you could have your teammate help you.

They have gone on to say why beam struggles arent and wont be in this. The game has a emphasis on team fighting. Having clashes would obstruct the flow of the match and leave characters vulnerable. If you want clashes, you gotta go back to a earlier title or hope the possible Xenoverse 3 returns to the 1V1 nature of Burst Limit and Budokai.

Having beam struggles in 1v1 can't be so difficult to implement.

I had the impression (in XV1) that in free batthe mode we could have the ability to have handicap matched 1v3 1v2 2v1 etc.
But that was only possible in PQ''s against the AI

While it's not really a struggle, I thought it was a welcome compromise to simply let special ki blasts cancel each other out when launched around the same time.
