Well the only 2 moves we need to get from Regular Black is Aura Slide & Super Black Kamehameha while from SSJ Rose Black we need

Well I see Rose Black's Moveset Possibly being

U1: Violent Fierce God Slicer - Scimitar
U2: Rose Kamehameha
SA1: Maximum Charge
SA2: Violent Fierce God Slicer
SA3: Black Power Ball
SA4: Black Kamehameha
Guard: Same as Base Form Black
Transformation: None due to already being in SSJ Rose

Unfortunately there are only 5 new moves and bojack will probably teach us 4 of them as hes a new mentor. I'm still astounded by the lack of content in this pack honestly. I dont think its fair to announce story packs in the season pass and then only give two new story chapters that will probably amount to 40 minutes of new ganeplay total over 4 packs. Yeah 3 characters is cool but that was the norm in xv1 so this is actually a step back.

We haven't gotten the details for the Free DLC coming alongside this Paid Pack.

Black Kamehameha is already in the game, but named wrong, as it is written "Super Black Kamehameha" even though the latter is for Super Saiyan Rosé Goku Black, which is the pink colored Kamehameha. Dragon Ball Heroes got it right.

I remember seeing Goku Black Super Saiyan Rosé's gameplay of Dragon Ball Heroes using the Super Black Kamehameha, and this was colored black, though it was used by SSR.

Yeah, only when he's charging it. The colors of both Kamehameha in the game are blue actually.

Here's Black Kamehameha, and here's Super Black Kamehameha. But we know that Super Black Kamehameha is for Super Saiyan Rosé Goku Black nonetheless. I hope Dimps makes a pink colored one, if he gets his Kamehameha, that is.

It's a minor nitpick, but I think it'd be cool if Zamasu had his Present counterpart as a costume with the same moveset as Future (like SSJ Gogeta's costumes).

The other 2 are worth it to a certain degree

Best thing to do is look for YouTube videos showing off the content from the DLC packs

Then decide if you want them or not
