If there's anything in V-Jump (which I think they indicated there would be in the stream earlier this month), I don't see why not.

Nothing new, except it confirms the free DLC will be released this November. The livestream should confirm the specific date. So this scan is completely useless.

Well, consider that when working on his model, animations and skills; they were probably looking at the fight scene in the movie to take reference from. And from what I remember, 13 doesn't have his hat on for those fight scene, or at least not for long.

I can see it now, must be something with my internet.

The scan does tell us some stuff; The story that accompanies the new mode has Bulma as our agent, I'm guessing she's the Mickey to our Rocky Balbowa, the Figures are purchasable via TP Medals and 4 more expert missions (Though the wording could imply that it's one expert mission with four bosses, probably all the new DLC characters) coming in the free update.
