Either they are testing the waters for something big or they might not make a decent sequel for Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2 like they should have by hiring one of us.

Considering Fu was never actually officially used in anything I would say he qualifies as new in that sense.

I'd hope so. Xenoverse 2 half felt like a big update over the first game. It was better than the first one but it was very much the same.

So yeah I'd hope they'd just take more time to develop Xenoverse 3 so it was a notable improvement. It'll probably include all this games DLC in it.

interesting i certainly didn't expect him to look like that i guess he is more of a ''scientist'' type like his mother but at the same time he can hold his own in battle like his father, he will probably look a lot better if he becomes a Demon God or goes Super like Mira in Heroes.

Fuu looks great. I ship him with Android 21 The story should be pretty interesting.

I really like Fu's design.
Anyways, the thing at the bottom of the scan is talking about the new partner system, not sure if it's just for story or if you can take your partner into PQs, anyways you can customize your partner, so that's why Goku has weird colors and there is a screen customizing his moveset. I really hope the customization extends to the whole cast and that you can use your customized versions yourself.

You can customize your partner (I hope every character, and completely) and do special "Cross Ultimate Abilities" (Team Attacks, in short).
