How EoZ characters and other characters aren't playable in enough games...

I'm curious, why is End of Z barely featured in video games and why Teen Goten and Young-Adult (18-yr. old) Trunks are rarely playable?
Also, why aren't these GT characters playable in any console games;
Son Gohan (GT)
Son Goten (GT)
Bulla/Bra (playable in Dragon Ball Heroes)
Goku Jr.
Vegeta Jr.

So far, EoZ Oob, GT Oob, Baby Vegeta, EoZ Pan, and Majoob have been playable in a few games but needs to be playable in more.

I hope these characters are playable in the next Dragon Ball console game (which is likely to be a Xenoverse 3, "unfortunately", instead of sequels to the overrated BT3 and Budokai 3, I also have some costume ideas but I'll talk about them later).

Because not many people know, or particularity care about these characters, honestly if you put in EOZ pan In xenoverse 3 I wouldn't care

I certainly wouldn't mind an older Goten and Present Trunks, their kid forms do get a bit stale after awhile.
