Think up a moveset for Budokai 4/Burst Limit 2

Think up a moveset for Budokai 4/Burst Limit 2

Character: Nam
Costume(s): White turban with orange and maroon robe, White turban with white Indian fundoshi
Preferred Style: Nam can deal decent damage with physical attacks and puts a strong emphasis on concentrated attacks so a lot of his attacks have nullifying and charge priority... however timing said attacks is a bit tricky.
Baseline: 3 Bars
Teleport: Yes
Unlockable: Yes (defeat him in Story Mode with Kid Goku by ring out)
Death Moves:

Divine Cross - Nam dashes at the opponent with great speed and both arms crossed like an X dealing great damage if hit is successful. This is a long-range, chargeable move with regular guard-breaking properties.

Fist of the Buddha God - Nam stands with great composure while he says to himself "Must attack without my eyes" and jumps behind the opponent if they try to physically attack him then stuns them by striking them at the back of the neck with a neck chop. This is a counter move.

Ultimate Move(s):

Heaven Cross - Nam strikes the opponent really hard across the neck leaving them dazed then jumps several meters into the air again having both arms crossed like an X which directed at the opponent as he dives down on them. This is a rush move.

Character: Giran
Costume(s): Green and blue skin-pattern, pink and red skin-pattern
Preferred Style: Giran is a bit slow but he's a tricky fighter so his combos have a lot of mix-ups and his chargeable attacks do a lot of damage. He also has great range especially due to his tail.
Baseline: 3 Bars
Teleport: No
Unlockable: Yes (defeat him in Story Mode with Kid Goku over a time limit)
Death Moves:

Wall Breaker - Giran shakes his fist as he says "Look it here!" and if you press the E button a second time he does a shift tail attack that can inflict great damage if it connects (and breaks regular guard). This is a sequence-based move.

Double Punch Daze - Giran strikes a powerful left jab (which is chargeable) then even more powerful right hook (which is chargeable and has guard-breaking priority). This is a short-ranged move.

Ultimate Move(s):

Merry-Go-Round Gum - Giran shoots out a tough, sticky and gooey gum like substance which traps the opponent if it connects then Giran punches them upside the head leaving them dazed and throws them with such force it inflicts massive damage since they land. This is an unguardable, mid-ranged move.

Character: Chi-Chi
Costume(s): 23rd Budokai attire (anime version), 23rd Budokai attire (manga version), Biker attire
Preferred Style: Chi-Chi is similar to Goku but her combos don't as much as strong to it though she has fast starters and solid mixups. She also uses the Power Pole.
Baseline: 3 Bars
Teleport: Yes
Unlockable: Yes (defeat her in Story Mode with Goku by ring out)
Death Moves:

Power Slugger - Chi-Chi launches a projectile similar to the helmet blade she had as a kid only it's created by ki rather that retracts if it misses but not before it fades. It is a chargeable long-ranged move.

Bansho Fan Tornado - Chi-Chi uses a Bansho Fan to launch a small but powerful tornado that inflicts great damage and counters most projectile death moves. It is a short-ranged move.

Ultimate Move(s):

Super Power Slugger - This is an unblockable, more powerful version of Power Slugger.


Character: Lord Beerus
Costume(s): Egyptian attire, Pajama's
Preferred Style: Beerus has a powerful rushdown game but otherwise nothing special combo platform
Baseline: 6 Bars, 7 Bars (God's Wrath transformation; 10% attack power increase)
Teleport: Yes
Unlockable: Yes (survive under a time limit against him in Story Mode with Vegeta)
Death Moves:

God of Destruction's Anger - It is similar to Freeza's Death Beam (though does less damage) but it comes out quicker and is not chargeable. It is an unblockable long-ranged move.

Chaotic Missile - Beerus forms an aura sphere then starts dashing around rapidly and wildly inflicting damage anytime it connects. It is an unblockable mid-ranged physical move.

Ultimate Move(s):

Beerus' Judgment (base only) - Beerus forms a large energy ball which he throws at the opponent. It is a long-ranged projectile movie.

Sphere of Destruction (God's Wrath only) - A larger, more powerful version of Beerus' Judgement

What moveset do you think a character should have in a hypothetical Budokai 4?

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.
