Create a Character Moveset (Dragon Ball: FighterZ Edition)

Post by DBZAOTA482 » Tue Jun 20, 2017 10:46 am

I decided to make a thread that allows users to create a moveset for a particular character, even if they're one of the "lesser" characters.

I'll start...

Yajirobe
Prefered Style: He is rather slow but he can do a lot of damage and since he doesn't use ki blasts he uses shift but powerful slashes instead. He also can't fly so he lacks the more elaborate dashing techniques

Special Moves

Headbutt: This one is pretty self-explanatory. The light variation lacks range but has the most combo potential while the mid and especially strong variation are stronger and have more range.

Falling Crater Kick: Yajirobe jumps into the air to do a drop kick. Each variation has different range and this move can also be done in the air.

Boulder Toss: Yajirobe picks up a boulder to throw at the opponent. Each variation throws the boulder further than the last.

Senzu Bean: The bean recovers a good chunk of Yajirobe's health and ki gauge. However, he has only 3 senzus and if he gets hit while consuming one then he loses that bean.

Super Movies

Super Frenzied Slash: Yajirobe starts swinging his sword rapidly for a considerable amount of time and this move has priority over most attacks even ki blasts. This can be a level 1 Super.

Serious Slice: Yajirobe prepares for a powerful sword slash so the startup is rather slow. Once he starts swinging the opponent better have braced themselves or there'd be hell to pay because he attacks fast. This can be a level 2 Super.

Chi-Chi
Preferred Style: Chi-Chi's offense isn't the most impressive but her fast jabs, reach with the Power Pole (which can be used to deflect ki blasts), and overall agility can make her a tricky character to deal with. However, she can't fly so she lacks the more elaborate dashing techniques.

Special Moves

Bansho Fan Tornado - Chi-Chi uses the Bansho Fan to small tornado moves slowly but homes onto the opponent. However, it can only last for so long and there's a limit to how many tornados can be summoned. Each variation is different in speed.

Power Pole Twirl - Chi-Chi spins the Power Pole around in high speed and it can be used to counter ki blasts. Each variation is different in duration.

Turning-Air Kick - Chi-Chi strikes forward with a turn kick then if you press any of the attack buttons, she would continue the attack to do a kick up in the air and press them again she will finish with a roundhouse kick. Each variation has different range.

Super Moves

Super Power Slugger - Chi-Chi launches a large projectile towards the opponent similar to the blade she had as a only it's made with pure ki and even if it misses, it will retract back to Chi-Chi before it fades away. This is a level 1 super.

Bansho Fan Windstorm - Chi-Chi uses the Bansho Fan to cause a sudden shift in the wind that damages the opponent and it takes up a huge chunk of the screen making it near-impossible to avoid so blocking is the most likely option against it. This is a level 1 super.

Kamehameha - A signature move of Goku and several other characters. This isn't as powerful as any of the Z-level fighter's Kamehameha though. Level 1 super.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.
