PSN have nice promotion for 10$ and i wonder if i should get it, or wait and get 2nd game, or Fighters?

I would say don't waste your time. It's literally a vastly inferior version of XV2, with nothing in it that the second game doesn't have. The frame rate is garbage, the RNG is maddening, the load times are awful, online is dead and the combat is clunky (all are problems which the XV2 addresses quite well). If you're going to get the second game anyway, just get it or wait for a price drop. Save your $10.

The only reason to get it is for the story mode. That's the only notable difference between the first and second games.

Though you can always watch the cutscenes from it on YouTube if you wanted.
