I know it's kinda a decisive subject but I kinda miss the music and honestly if we are getting remixes of the Japanese tracks in Xenoverse 2 and FighterZ why not the faulconer tracks?

No (or at least unbelievably unlikely). Beyond and ignoring FUNimation's past legal battles with Faulconer Productions obviously contributing to such a decision, they are not in the business of making or offering their own, independent replacement soundtracks in Dragon Ball anymore. Furthermore, once the Infogrames/Atari distribution sublicense expired and reverted back to Bandai itself (and therefore American developers weren't making original games like Legacy of Goku and Sagas anymore), it's not like Japan was ever going to care about that inconsequential replacement soundtrack.

For further proof, look at games that did get replacement soundtracks for their international releases: the entire Sparking! series and the entire Blast series. In lieu of the Kikuchi/etc. orchestrations, they just went ahead and composed their own completely separate replacement soundtrack for the international market.
