What's with the term, "Kai 2.0"?

Discussion specifically regarding the "refreshed" TV version of DBZ created in Japan for its 20th anniversary, including individual threads for each episode.

The first Kai's official name is just Dragon Ball Kai, but isn't the official name for the Buu arc ''DBZ KAI The Final Chapters, since that version was produced first?

But it's still Dragon Ball Kai in Japan and that's what counts for me.
