The internet fandom is extremely critical of Resurrection 'F' and called it inferior to Battle of Gods, which many called the best Dragon Ball Z movie. Resurrection 'F' not only made more money than Battle of Gods, it got equal to higher reviews for 'fixing' what people hated about Battle of Gods. Namely, they found it too slow pace, almost no fighting, and too gag filled, stuff the core base loves. Broly who the core base loves to hate is beloved to the point that Kale was created.

So yes, the internet fandom doesn't always share the same interests or viewpoints as the more casual fans.

Battle of Gods received a 2.99 rating on yahoo movies

https://movies.yahoo.co.jp/movie/%E3%83 ... 8D/349761/
Resurrection F has a 2.80 rating

Yahoo movies Japan is what Japanese people use as substitute for Rotten Tomatoes.

Resurrection F made more due to the resurgence of the franchise brought about by Battle of the Gods and it opened in more theaters as well doesn't mean that it was better recieved

I could see Hero Academia last 2 episodes defeating DBS, because it has AlMight fighting.

Hope we see more of Hit, the japanese fans seem interested in him.

I'm interested to see how next week's Roshi-centered ep will do.

The last one one did really well.

I guess Super's time in the 6.0's is probably over at this point. I think the rest of the tournament will average in the 5.0-5.9 range. Probably getting a peak when we get down to the last 10 fighters or so.

You are aware that there is more than one rating site on the internet?

Most likely as bad as the Krillin one because he is facing fodders.

If BNHA wins next week, good thing it would be, because Roshi will never fight again

I doubt it. People have been saying that for months and it doesn't even come close lol.
Conan had an exceptional week pushing it this time, but it seems MHA can't do any better than this.

AM vs Noumu was the highest rated episode in Season 1, could expect the same thing in Season 2, because AM was featured in one of the best anime fights of 2016.

Now if i did feed the myth that content matters, I say this episode did better because of the super saiyan god form.

which means we will probably see it again

Oh and if Roshi does well next week expect more of him.

It was literally just a remastered old episode airing which it does every other week.

Episodes with Hit usually score well. I mean, even the episode that aired on Christmas had decent ratings.

You can stop grasping for straws now. Unless you live in Japan and can grasp audience perception of a given film then you're just talking out your ass in regards to it being better received critically and even if you do find that info you're have to use the internet to find it which defeats your entire argument.

Episode 97 - TV 6.0% (6th)
Episode 98 - TV 4.8% (7th)
Episode 99 - TV 4.3% (5th)
Episode 100 - TV 5.7% (4th)
Episode 101 - TV 5.0% (6th)

Episode 102 - TV 4.5% (7th)
Episode 103 - TV 4.4% (5th
Episode 104 - TV 5.0% (6th )

I noticed that aside from the first episode of the ToP, the bolded episodes that scored 5.0 and above had U6 as main focus

Episode 100: Kale vs Goku
Episode 101: Pride Troopers vs Saiyan Girls
Episode 104: Hit and Goku team up.

Look at the placement. Despite getting a 4.4, last episode was 5th, higher than this week's episode. The same with 99 despite it having a 4.3.

It means Saiyans (yes, including Kale and Caulifla) bring in the views. Major action is the cherry on top.

For the series? They're all in the OP. Unless you meant something else.
