Just for a bit of fun, I put together a grid showcasing the styles of most of the supervisors from this recent arc:
Image
The rule was to only use shots from this arc, with the exception being Karasawa's Vegeta since he never actually drew him in his base form outside of a few low-detail long shots.

Hope that sort of makes up for the lack of catalogue entries

That's really cool, Ajay!
This is the first one of these grids I've seen anyone do for Super.

From each supervisor I like:
-Shimanuki: Gohan
-Tate: Emmm, Goku
-Manabe: Goku and Gohan
-Ishikawa: None
-Itai: Vegeta
-Nashizawa: Goku and Picolo
-Karasawa: Kuirin
-Yashima: Eww, maybe his Kuirin
-Nii: Goku, Vegeta, Picolo, Kuirin
-Takahashi: Every single one of them, perfection
-Yamamuro: Each one but Picolo
-Tsuji: Vegeta and Kuirin
-Ide: Goku and Picolo

True, he started like yet another Uchiyama disciple with his pointy noises, but at the end he evolved to show some beautiful shots

I figured this would be the best place to put it, since it's about the animation; earlier this week, I did a video about what I considered to be the best thing about Dragon Ball Super - namely, how its troubled production inadvertently led to a portion of the Dragon Ball fandom becoming more educated about animation as an industry, the visual presentation of Dragon Ball, and how there are many things that can make for great film and TV.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b6LCHu0kSN8

The production values aren't the best (owing to the fact that the video editor is lacking in a few vital places, such as not letting you edit the voice and music tracks at different points alongside the video files) and I've still got a couple of kinks to work out with my new mic, but I hope I've managed to get my points across. Thank you.

Special thanks to Yuyucow/kViN, Ajay, Wezenheim, the Kanzenshuu website, DBSakuga over on Twitter, and FortuneSSJ for providing information, advice and pictures that were used to create this video.

So let's make a summary
about what we know about the movie's staff
Naohiro Shintani is tha CD and Tatsuya Nagamine is the Director.
What we know about the key animators:
-Shida said that he wants to animate a LOT of scene just like he did on OP film Gold.
Yuya Takahashi is also invited.
-Yapiko animation is also working on it.Yapiko has contacts with talented Western animators like LeSean Thomas
Takashi Hashimoto (aka Japaneese Michael Bay) confirmed, that he is working on the movie. He is the master of explosion effects.Just look at it
https://youtu.be/k2kd_nLaj2s
Kazunori Osawa also is also confirmed

You’re actually gonna want to post this on this thread: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=41655

I’m surprise you missed it. Its literally one of the top 2 threads on the Dragon Ball Super part of the kanzenshuu forum and its specifically for discussing the animation and production of the movie.

Anyways, who’s Kazunori Osawa and where does it say that he’s confirmed for the movie?
I called it that Gogeta, Bardock, and something Broly related would be in the movie before it was even announced that it was a Broly movie. 8)

Presumably he's talking about this tweet, but it's not a confirmation, he just tweeted some encouraging stuff at Hashimoto.

He does a lot of explosions. Not as many as Hashimoto but still!

I would so happy if Kazunori Osawa does at least one scene in the film.
