If you mean if they're dubbing and not airing then it's highly plausible they started dubbing the Black arc yes. Schemmel said he was on hiatus and resumed dubbing last month so presumably that hiatus was at the end of dubbing the Champa arc.
Well, if they started dubbing the Black arc, then I hope Schemmel loses that British accent for Rose and uses a deeper and smoother variation of his SSJ4 Goku voice for Black.

I just realized, Xenoverse 2 is the first and only time we will hear Laura Baiey do the Future Trunks Saga. Let that sink in...

It's fine, Tipton is doing a great job and Kid Trunks doesn't have much to do in Super anyway.

To be honest the same thing could be said about Dragon Ball in some ways.
At least the characters in Dragon Ball are more likable than the ones in Pokemon.
Plus 47 years later and Ash wont age lol and he still doesnt know the first thing about Pokemon.

Dragon Ball has a formula but it actually introduces new elements and progress.

That meme is grossly exaggerated to the point where people dont even know what they're talking about anymore.

Ash had decent development in Pokémon up until the end of Diamond and Pearl, Best Wishes (which was the first time since season one that his age was specifically mentioned as ten) basically reset his character and the character has been cheapened ever since. I quit watching the anime during XY. Takeshi Shudo's vision of the series is the definitive version of the Pokémon anime if you ask me.

I still watch sometimes for nostalgia. Ash is literally a moron who has only grasped the very basics. Yes its a bit overdone but its true. Someone who has been to the Pokemon League shouldnt learn new things from other children...youd think they would have grasped most basic topics.

Go watch XY or DP and honestly tell me with a straight face that he's a beginner. That meme got way out of hand with BW which pretty much universally considered by far the worst of the anime.

Ill give some a watch this weekend sine I have nothing else to do.. Fwiw I've loved Pokemon since I was a kid, I've just never liked how they handle Ash after the first Pokemon League loss on.

Anyway lets not fill Kanzenshuu with Pokemon talk...I smell a moderator warning coming to stay on topic

Yeah I know what you mean. I'm not a huge fan of how they handled the anime myself but I was just pointing out that he's far from the embarrassment he was in BW

But yeah back on topic I'm really looking forward to the Black arc dubbed. If Schemmel just does a combo of his voices from XV2 it would be absolutely perfect. The deepness of base but clear and without the accent in Rose

I'm calling it right now. The opening and ending will go back to Japanese in that episode.

No, it seems that they're keeping the them the way they are now that the opening is in English

Well look at what happened to the English "Hello Hello Hello" in Episode 12.

You won't have to thank me when my prediction comes true. 8)

With the Blu-rays coming out, I doubt it

These releases are mirroring the Japanese ones pretty hard in the packaging department. If they don't release season sets, I'll get these on eBay for less than the initial price eventually.
Only dubs that matter are DB, Kai, & Super. Nothing else.

Yeah....I grew up watching Pokemon, it was my first anime and it's very nostalgic for me and it'll always be special to me in some way...but I tried watching the original series again from the start a couple years and it is so unbelievably bad.

Every single episode is practically the same. It would actually be somewhat decent if it weren't for Team Rocket. It's them that completely ruined what could have been a much better shown because they made every episode the same, without fail.

Bummer no SSGSS art. Also that Freeza seems re-used from Resurrection "F" movie promo stuff swear I've seen it before.

Hopefully Champa arc by December at least.
VejituhTheWarriorGuy wrote:Is anyone getting the first Super part this month?
Not yet. Gonna wait until the F arc and buy them in all fell swoop. Or might just forget them entirely, as I doubt I'm gonna rewatch them much if at all.
