He still not confirmed if Dado Monteiro or Cassius Romero and Ricardo Bressan will return to reprise their roles as Broly and Parugus, right?
Yep, it's not confirmed yet. Also, it was not them dubbing Broly and Paragus in the trailer, but Affonso Amajones as Broly and Junior Nannetti as Paragus.

But, it's actually common in some brazilian dubs to make the trailers with a voice actor, and use other in the actual movie.
Even if Dado Monteiro and Ricardo Bressan didn't dubbed the trailer, they can still dub the movie itself.

Alfredo Rollo, Carlos Campanile, Felipe Grinnan and Wendel Bezerra are pretty good in here. I loved.

But unfortunally, they didn't get Dado and Ricardo to dub the trailer. I hope they get them to dub the actual movie.

I hope that as well. Although I prefer watching DB with subs, I'm always amazed how this dub kept along with the series ever since BoG (2013), getting the same actors from Movie 8 to reprise their roles in a nowaday movie would be just incredible.

Dado is still a very active actor, he even voiced Zuno in Super, so it's not that extraordinary if he returns. But Ricardo Bressan isn't a so active VA, so, yeah, it would be a good surprise if he returns.

Episode 82 was broadcasted today. "Pride Troopers" was translated as "Tropa do Orgulho", but all of Toppo's attacks, like "Justice Flash" were kept as they are in english. Also, they did not translated "Justice" to "Justiça" when Toppo screams that too. In the brazilian dub, he screams "Justice" too, as he does in the original version.

"Trio de Dangers" became "Trio Danger3" (pronounced as "Trio Danger-san").
Some of Basil's grunts were lefted undubbed, but only them.

I've listed some of the new actors based on the credits of the recent episodes:

Iwne - Douglas Guedes

Kuru - Cassiano Ávila

Ill - Sérgio Corcetti

Anat - Rodoldo Novaes (ep 81) / Thiago Córdova (ep 82) / Michel di Fiori (rest of the series)

Helles - Maria Cláudia Cardoso

Ogma - Maria Cláudia Cardoso

Ea - Rodolfo Novaes

Khai - Lucas Gama

Roh - Ítalo Luiz

Quitela - Vinícius Fagundes

Sidra - Zeca Rodrigues

Marcarita - Maíra Paris

Basil - Alex Barone

Bergamo - César Marchetti

Lavender - Adrian Tatini

This was so stupid, why would they change that

That's actually a reference to a Brazilian band of anime singers (in fact, 2 of the 3 members already did the official versions of some OPs and EDs in Super).

9th ending sung by Ricardo Cruz, who is the brazilian honorary member of JAM Project: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AuqXDlGPI3g

He already had sung the 6th ending before.

DBS Movie: Broly - Trailer #2 (dubbed)

Is Paragus and Cold voices the same on the local dub?
