If Goku Black was sane enough, would his offspring be stronger than he was? How much would they take after him as well?

1) If upon his soul of a God and body of a Saiyan had become one and the same, Goku Black had decided to father a son or a daughter for himself just in case a certain pesky mortal made his Zero Mortals Plan go South, would the children of his in question, have more potential than him? Especially if his lover had been a certain female Scientist having been trying to create a husband for herself? Or at the very least, found and freed Future Chi-Chi from her depression, by tricking her into believing he was her husband to spite Goku even further by impregnating her?

2) If he had survived and faked his own death, to enact his revenge against his transgressors, would the presence of Goku Black in the lives of his only offspring cause them to adopt some of his mannerisms? Or if he had not survived, and were instead raised like how Goten was, how much would they still take after their father? Would they at the very least show they inherited his badassery?

Also imagine this situation, what if upon gaining the body of Goku, Present Zamasu had a change of heart after being flooded with the memories of the one he hated the most, leading to him to abandon his Zero Mortals Plan and collect the Super Dragon Balls once more, to undo the wrongs he had already done, but also had asked to keep his version of Goku's body for himself and give Goku a perfect copy of it instead, before going on in soul-searching through the many parallel worlds with his Time Ring, now how awkward would it have been for the Future Gowasu and/or Future Zamasu of Future Trunks's timeline if the reformed Goku Black had the chance to introduce his son or daughter to either of them?
