Glad to have helped! It's been a fun ride, and I only hope that Toyotaro neglects to do his own tally so that this thread can live on from March onwards assuming, of course, that this next chapter in February is simply meeting all the competitors, introductions, and so on before the Tournament starts proper in the chapter releasing at the end of March
Can't wait to see how Toyotaro switches things up, to tell you the truth.

How are your feelings on this elimination by Vegeta?
I'm happy his initial skirmishes with Toppo had some kind of payoff. I was dreading this idea that they were teasing Toppo and Vegeta fighting and it wasn't going to happen in the end. I'm just glad Vegeta got his first major win in... well... ever. Like, has he ever had a victory this big before in Dragon Ball?
I don't remember the last time Vegeta got a big win either. This was really refreshing to se Vegeta win big.

Toppo was eliminated without getting a single elimination himself. Ridiculous. He should have at least eliminated Frieza.

I feel ya man, they literally have 70 character for Toppo and Dyspo yet they gave them nothing at all.

I mean he wasn't really a threat to be truthful. He was powerful but even Piccolo said that Goku could beat him if he wasn't suffering from the heart virus at the time. It was cool to see Vegeta get Super Sayain but it wasn't something to be proud of.

19 was a threat at the time. Even if he did get stomped by Super Saiyan Vegeta (and crushed by base Goten and Trunks in GT).

Pui-Pui wasn't a threat, let's be honest

What we are trying to say is that Vegeta hasn't beaten an opponent that was a real threat and could be considered one of the strongest foes that they have faced.

Well, in the Freeza Saga, Vegeta killed Kyui, Zarbon, Dodoria and Jeice.

Burter and Rikum were already defeated, but Vegeta also killed them both.

So in a way, he defeated several enemies in this saga, but of course, they were not the main villains of the saga, but at that time they were powerful enemies

I kinda forgot about Zarbon and Dodoria until you reminded me. I guess Vegeta has defeated huge opponents but not main bad guys of an arc.

#17 is gone.

He killed himself protecting Goku, Vegeta and Freeza.

So 17's real last moment of glory was taking out the U3 monster robot. After that he just jobbed to Jiren.

man, i think no one predicted this. Poor #17. The MVP, the most impressive character in this whole arc... just died.

I hope he gets ressurected after the tournament, as he has 3 kids to take care, and also an island to protect.

I really liked him during this arc and I was so sad to see go. I knew that there was going to be someone who was going to die in this arc but I didn't think it was going to be #17. I hope he gets brought at the end of Super.

Ironically enough since 17 isn't in EOZ, he could theoretically stay dead....even though we know he won't. 18 can adopt his children.

59. #17 (Universe 7) (4) committed suicide to save the remaining fighters of Universe 7 from being eliminated. (Episode 127)

Tournament of Power Competitors Eliminated: 76/80

Only 4 Competitors Remain in the Tournament of Power

Hey, did you like how 17 went out and also your opinion on Jiren's backstory?

It's pretty sad that not only have Universe 7 taken all the eliminations but they won't even give the luxury of having other universe knock out the Universe 7 fighters.

Master Roshi jumped off willingly, Android 18 jumped off willingly to save Android 17, Gohan allowed himself to be eliminated by Frieza and now Android 17 blew himself up.
