Kaioshin Perks:
-can materialize things out of thin air
-can use the Time Rings
-access to the Potara
-can paralyze beings
-can go anywhere using Kai-Kai
-attendant with healing powers

Hakaishin Perks:
-very powerful
-can Hakai things
-Angel attendant with the do-over ability

Kaioshin..
Has much bigger set of abilities, can grow as strong as a god of destruction as well, if the body has potential that is, like Zamasu did..

Kaioshin sounds like it would be a less guilt-inducing vocation. Also, the regal clothes, beautiful home planet, and unique applications of abilities would make for a more interesting time, personally, than a Hakaishin.

Not to mention I could potentially have an angel like Vados accompanying me as a God of Destruction. Don't give a damn if she's neutral. Who would want to be a Supreme Kai?

I would be a Kaioshin.

Hakaishin looks more fun, but destroying civilizations not really my thing. Plus teleportation, time travelling rings and healer attendants sound good enough.

God of destruction.

I would be very involved with the kaioshins and have a yearly check up to see how well the universe is going. I would also have the angels train me not only in strength but in knowledge.

Kaioshin.

Destruction is not really my thing and it must get pretty boring after a while. Also its not as rewarding.

I'd much rather work on creating new planet and watch over the life that grows. It is also the role of a God of Creation to nurture and guard his creation. Hands off and micro managing are no good, my style would be to find the right balance. The beings of my universe are my children, I should teach and discipline them but they must also be allowed to grown and find their own way to. Its hard work but also rewarding.

Also my children give back to me. I watch them grow and develop, which is a joy in itself, but they will imagine and invent things of their own. Stuff we gods never think of. So in time my children will teach me new things as I once taught them.

I'm role is also that of a guardian, I must protect my children. So I will grow stronger in order to protect them as well as for personal gain.

Yeah.....God of Creation just seems way more fun and rewarding.

I would never live with the guilt of killing millions of people to make a living. Basically I would hardly ever destroy, and I would be a terrible God Of Destruction just for that reason alone. So, Kaioshin wins just for that.
