Not sure what this is from, but it shows Goku powering up. He goes ssj with the yellow aura and maintains the black hair. Then he seems to compress his ki and go SSB. This may be a blatant tell s to the nature of SSB. It is indeed SSJ turned into god ki.

Is there an equivalent scene of SSG transforming?

Now that you mentioned it I can't believe I missed that.

From memory not that I can recall. I don't think SSG required ki control as Blue did, just do ritual and now you have a thing. I suppose the equivalence was everyone turning into a Super Saiyan and then that cool effect highlighting around them.

Not sure, if serious.. it's from the RoF arc of Super, that should be plainly obvious.

And I also missed something else. He gets those lightning bolts around him. So, is SSB SSJ1 or SSJ2 or even SSJ3's start and then turning SSB. He has the taller hair in SSB just like SSJ2. I wonder which version of ssj it is or if it's relevant.

He also has the normal hair like either base goku in SSG/red form. I'm wondering if going SSG red is just him powering up to max in base form...

SSG also has the blue stuff coming off him which is even more confusing. Did they intend this to go blue from the start? What does that mean? Does anything in the show give this away concretely? with his hair like that he looks like he's half transformed into SSJ. Kind of like the false ssj. Maybe it was supposed to be reminiscent to that in regards to going fully SSB.

Maybe if the goku regaining stamina thing turns out to be related to ssg in the next few episodes we will get some more insight into this. They did conveniently bring up SSG in TOP and then have goku run out of stamina and whatnot.
