How will the 28th Tenkaichi Budokai go down in Super?
The 28th TB from the manga has already been contradicted in Super with Vegeta knowing who Oob is and Goku and Blooma seeing each other less than five years before the 28th TB takes place. How do you all think it will be done in Super? Will it be practically the same with small tweaks made to accommodate the changes made in Super? Or will it be completely redone? Which would you prefer?

Toriyama has already changed it once for the Kanzenban so based on all the stories we've got for Super it's safe to say it'll be changed again to fit within the new events. Maybe this time around we'll get an entire Tournament that ends with Goku taking Uub to train which in itself could be a set up for a future arc such as a 3rd universal tournament (with an arc or 2 between it and the 28th BT) in which Uub's help would be needed.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

I don't think we'll get to it, the contradictions will get ignored and Oob will be recontextualized as Goku training someone who can rival whoever his last big threat in Super is.
When someone tells you, "Don't present your opinion as fact," what they're actually saying is, "Don't present your opinion with any conviction. Because I don't like your opinion, and I want to be able to dismiss it as easily as possible." Don't fall for it.

They'll probably just show us a recap of Dragon Ball Kai of it and move on with the story.
