Vegeta's 2nd Zenkai should leave him below Goku's 90,000 before he takes a nap. Also, 250,000 is too low for his post-nap power level. I know V-Jump lists him at 250,000 at this time, but he was able to match First Form Freeza so he must be around 400,000+ at least.

And Freeza's 3rd form is much too high, it should be inferior to Post-Zenkai Vegeta who's too low as well, personally I'd place him at 1,800,000-2,250,000.

Also, 100% Freeza can't be 150,000,000, 120,000,000 is his power at 100%. Also, Goku was clearly superior to Freeza the whole time, Freeza can't be equal to SSJ Goku.

They should have improved far more after the 3 year training gap, and Trunks should be stronger as well. When he comes back he says he could fight the future androids fairly well.

The gaps you have between Vegeta & 18 and 18 & 17 are too small.

Piccolo (Kami fusion) should be 2x his pre-fusion self.

Cell (Humans absorbed) should be far, far more powerful than Piccolo, he walked straight into his strongest attack without taking any damage.

Semi Perfect Cell should be Imperfect Cell + 17. Also, he tanked a punch to the face from 16 and easily wrecked him while suppressed, he has to be much stronger than 16.

SSJ Vegeta should be around the same level as Suppressed Semi Perfect Cell, and Cell should power up considerably when he goes full power since Vegeta says his power shot up quite a bit.

FPSSJ Goku is too low, he should be superior to Trunks and Vegeta in their Grade states with only half his power.

Gohan should be a good deal stronger than his father, Cell says Goku wasn't completely bluffing about Gohan's power.

Trunks and Vegeta after their 2nd RoSAT trip should be superior to the Grade forms they used against Cell and slightly above 50% of Goku since Vegeta is confident that he's surpassed 50% Goku.

It's a good list, but just something. Kaioshin was stated in the manga to be way above Piccolo, but below Buu saga SSJ1 Gohan. Kaioshin would be more or less be stronger than the Cell Jr and below SSJ1 Gohan.

FREEZA ARC: I don't have any trouble with you don't using the official numbers, but Vegeta is too close to Goku and Freeza. Also, the gap between SSJ Goku and Maxed out Freeza should be higher. Goku dominated him since the beggining of the fight.

MECHA FREEZA ARC: The humans are too weak! You make Piccolo getting almost 50x stronger in a week but Tenshinhan, Yamcha and Chaotsu don't get even 10x stronger in 4-9 months? Also, i think Mecha Freeza wasn't walking around with his FP, and if that's just his regular power, it's too high, Trunks easily killed him.

FUTURE ARC I: There was no pre and post training here. All what happens is Gohan and Trunks sparring and then Gohan goes get murdered by the Androids. Also, where is Trunks before the time travel, when he fought the Androids?

ANDROIDS ARC: The gains here were pretty lame. The strongest human being Dodoria level? Piccolo at SSJ Namek Goku? Those are the worse ones. But i agree with Future Androids = Present Androids, the future ones were just playing with Trunks all the time.

CELL ARC: Everything here is fine.

CELL GAMES: Vegeta and Trunks are too high, a fatigued Cell was too much for them. Also, SPC = Injured SSJ2 Gohan is bullshit. Kaboom just explained why on the last page.

BUU SAGA: I'm a bit confused about the three main saiyans power by know, so i'm not talking about them. Fusion SSJs don't have a different multiplier, that was never implied. And MSSJ Gohan > Kaioshin > Piccolo on the manga.

I wouldn't make him weaker than 18, unless I'm forgetting something. I also don't want him to get crazy strong just by absorbing people, his main source of power should still be the androids.

- Gohan being worried doesn't exactly mean the kids were that strong. They were still below Piccolo. I think Gohan was worried seeing Goten being just 6 and having that power + SSJ. I'll fix the Kaioshin, Piccolo and Yakon.

- I'll fix Kibitoshin and Goku and Vegeta post fusion. About Vegetto, I think the gap might be enough, and I want to continue the list with Super so I prefer to keep Vegetto as low as possible.

I made a new DBZ list based on your feedback. It should be better than before. Please correct me if you spot errors!

Big improvement over last time!
I did notice a few things though.
- Captain Ginyu is supposed to be 120,000, not 90,000. And I don't think Goku ever used Kaioken in that fight until he powered up to 180,000 to show off.
- Didn't Gohan get a Saiyan healing boost in the middle of the Freeza fight? And didn't he throw an even bigger tantrum against 3rd Form Freeza?
- I highly doubt Imperfect Cell started out as strong as No. 18. Kami said that he was a greater threat than the Androids, yes, but that was probably more of a godly premonition than a direct comparison of present power levels. I'd say that being closer to Vegeta's strength would be a good fit for him.
- I think there should be a bigger difference between No. 17 and Piccolo, and No. 16 and Powered-Up Imperfect Cell. Cell tanked (an admittedly exhausted) Piccolo's most powerful attack without a scratch. I'd stick him around 400 million at the very least.
- I don't think Vegeta and Trunks should be stronger than full power Semi-perfect Cell as regular Super Saiyans. They might be close to or as strong as him, but not stronger.
- I'd probably bump Cell Games Vegeta, Trunks, and Piccolo all down a smidge. The implied gap between them and Goku was supposed to be significant. I'd probably drop them all by about 100 million, or so.
- Kaioshin is stronger than Piccolo. Piccolo says so right in the manga, and one of the Daizenshuu directly states that Kaioshin's power is far superior to Super Namekian Piccolo's.
- Likewise, Fused Kaioshin, probably shouldn't be that high up. He probably caps out around the same strength as the Super Saiyan 2s, given how Vegeta hangs around for the final battle and he doesn't.
- Why are Goku and Vegeta stronger at the end of the Boo Arc than they were at the beginning?

-I just thought twice about that. Dodoria can really be 22,000; K2 Goku was dominated by Vegeta and it was almost the same gap between Vegeta and Dodoria, plus Dodoria shitting on his pants and not trying to fight back could be enough to Vegeta one-shotting him.

-Mecha Freeza is bulk when using his max, and Gohan stated he wasn't at full power. Piccolo was confident on taking Androids who could rekt Trunks, and dominated Gero even better than Goku dominated #19. Krillin can grow stronger after the potential unlock, we saw Gohan after getting his potential unlocked wasn't even at 1% of his true potential. Also, you made Krillin almost twice stronger on the 7 years timekisp.

-It was never implied the Grade 2 slow down, the real trouble of grade 2 was the strain. And just like DanielSSJ said, that could be a premonition, Cell was getting even stronger as the time passes.

I'd put Piccolo on par or somewhat higher than Vegeta when Mecha Freeza shows up. He's the first person Goku asks when the topic of "Who the hell managed to kill Freeza instead of me?!" gets brought up. Well to be fair, this gap between their powers (and the one with Android 16 and Semi Perfect Cell) is the one that initially prevented me to make the Buu arc/BOG arc base saiyans below Frieza. Although now I managed to fit everything. I have the gap between ASSJ Vegeta and Initial Perfect Cell like a 1.2 of difference, slightly above 15% of difference (with the one with Android 16 and Semi Perfect Cell like a 1.5, somewhere above 30% of difference).

What kind of gap do you guys have between Initial Perfect Cell and Grade 2 Vegeta?

Well to be fair, this gap between their powers (and the one with Android 16 and Semi Perfect Cell) is the one that initially prevented me to make the Buu arc/BOG arc base saiyans below Frieza. Although now I managed to fit everything. I have the gap between ASSJ Vegeta and Initial Perfect Cell like a 1.2 of difference, slightly above 15% of difference (with the one with Android 16 and Semi Perfect Cell like a 1.5, somewhere above 30% of difference).

Here are my power levels:

Android 16 - 540,000,000

Semi Perfect Cell - 825,000,000

ASSJ Vegeta - 1,125,000,000

Initial Perfect Cell - 1,350,000,000

Where does Cell get that power from, though? Shouldn't he just be Semi Perfect Cell + 18?
