Those multipliers seem pretty small to me. Besides, the multiplier for SSGIII should be bigger enough than SSGII for SSGIII Trunks to be noticeably stronger than a Cell who was clearly stronger than SSGII Vegeta.jeffbr92 wrote:It could work having Grade II = 55x multiplier and Grade II = 60x?

Nop, it's ridiculously small. Cell totally clowned Vegeta, tanking his kick and his Ki Blasts like nothing, but said SSJG3 Trunks surpassed him by a wide margin. None at all, it inherently has no widely-applicable "multiplier" because it's an unlock of dormant power, and that's different for everyone. How can you confirm that with so sure? Given that "Ultimate" Gohan is just all of Gohan's dormant power brought to the surface, I see no reason why there should be a static power boost. Probably the one between Semi-perfect Cell and No. 16. Perfect Cell smoked Vegeta, but he couldn't tank the Final Flash.
