Okay. I'm going to post random lists of power levels here from time to time. This time I chose the Cell Games Arc and the Early Buu Arc:

- Too big gap between Piccolo and the Cell Jrs. This is a one shot gap, Piccolo was able to defend himself a bit. I'd put him at 1500 or 1600.
- I think SSjin 2 Gohan should be higher than SPC, he still being used as a stick measure on the Buu Arc. I'd put him at 6500-6800.
- Isn't Pocus too low? He survived a few hits from warming up Vegeta. I'd give him a 50.
- Dabura <= Vegeta? He was weaker than Gohan.

- This one I have to say, that I don't think the gap between Piccolo and the Cell Jrs is that small. First of all, it's because the Cell Jrs were toying with the fighters, no wonder why the humans survived. And second, I made Piccolo that weak because, we know he always trains, and in the 7 year gap after that, I made his power increasing the same amount as Goku had between the Cell and Buu arc 7 year gap, a x.1.5 stronger, Piccolo should still be on a way below different level than Supreme Kai, who is weaker than Buu arc Gohan, who is weaker than Cell arc Gohan.

- We don't know if he was either stronger or weaker than Cell. That's why I put them as equals. And Buu arc Vegeta was stronger than Cell arc Gohan since Vegeta said he surpassed Gohan even before sensing Gohan's SSJ2 weakened Buu arc power. If I have Vegeta at 7,200, and Cell arc Gohan higher than the 7,000 I gave him, then Vegeta wouldn't be stronger than Gohan, or would simply be equals. Unless you were referring to SPC when you talked about the 6,500-6,800.

- The number I gave to Pocus should not be taken that seriously since I just went off with Pocus' "ten times gravity" telling. He could be higher than what I put on the list. So yeah you are right there.

- I didn't put Dabura <= Vegeta, my list have Dabura a bit below Vegeta. Dabura is not weaker than Gohan, in their fight, it was shown that Dabura had the advantage. Let's also remember that Dabura was compared to Cell. Here I made him equal to the Cell that Goku and Gohan fought, the "normal" Perfect Cell.

- Gohan was too shitty as a fighter to have an advantage, but he has some feats to prove he's stronger, like breaking his sword and tanking a blast with only clothes damage.

This is my power level list for Dragon Ball from the Saiyan to Buu Arc. My list follows a lot of ideas that are unpopular here such as Base Goku above Freeza so it you don't like that than you probably won't like my list. I also have a different multiplier for SSJ2 (5x over SSJ, 250x over base) that allows for a larger gap between Perfect Cell and SSJ2 Gohan. SSJ3 is still 4x above SSJ2.

After Fat Boo split with in two (Good and Evil Boo) would you guys think he still had power enough defeat three SSJ2 warriors at once?

My answer would be no. Based on how Gohan's Super Saiyan 2 energy was almost half of what Bobbidi needed to revive Boo, I'd say that Fat Boo sits somewhere around twice as strong as the Super Saiyan 2s. Given this, Pure Evil Boo, who inherited the lion's share of strength, would end up quite a bit stronger than Gohan, but would be matched by Goku or Vegeta. Mr. Boo would be closer to Gohan's level. Either way, neither Boo would be able to handle all three Super Saiyan 2s at once.

- The same happens with Piccolo, they could've been holding back against him too. It just seems impossible for Piccolo to be higher than 50% Goku if he then trains 7 years and gets stronger, only to be on a way inferior level than someone who is weaker than a weakened and rusty version of Gohan.

- I mean when Gohan arrived to Bulma's house and Vegeta was training, he told Gohan that his power is now stronger than his, or something like that, if you have scans of that part and what it says let me know.
A thing that you have to bear in mind, however, is that even though Vegeta didn't know the strenght of Goku, he did know the strenght of Kid Gohan from the Cell Games, that's why he thought he would win the Budokai. He already knew that power from the Cell Games, and thought that surpassing that was enough to win. It wouldn't make sense for Vegeta to feel he could win if he didn't surpass Gohan's Cell Games level, and he didn't know Goku's strenght yet so all makes sense.

- The thing is that Dabura was compared to Cell and Goku then said he was stronger than he thought, if he wasn't compared to Cell I'd agree that Dabura is weaker than SSJ Gohan. Dabura being compared to Cell means that he is indeed above SSJ Buu arc Gohan, or probably around the same level. They can possibly be equals.

- Did he flat out said he was stronger? If it's when he said he'd win the Budokai, i think he's counting with his skills and amplified attacks. Otherwise he'd be even with someone who Goku is marginally stronger, and we know there is a huge gap between Goku and Vegeta.

- Gohan was too shitty as a fighter to have an advantage, but he has some feats to prove he's stronger, like breaking his sword and tanking a blast with only clothes damage.

- The same happens with Piccolo, they could've been holding back against him too. It just seems impossible for Piccolo to be higher than 50% Goku if he then trains 7 years and gets stronger, only to be on a way inferior level than someone who is weaker than a weakened and rusty version of Gohan.

- I mean when Gohan arrived to Bulma's house and Vegeta was training, he told Gohan that his power is now stronger than his, or something like that, if you have scans of that part and what it says let me know.
A thing that you have to bear in mind, however, is that even though Vegeta didn't know the strenght of Goku, he did know the strenght of Kid Gohan from the Cell Games, that's why he thought he would win the Budokai. He already knew that power from the Cell Games, and thought that surpassing that was enough to win. It wouldn't make sense for Vegeta to feel he could win if he didn't surpass Gohan's Cell Games level, and he didn't know Goku's strenght yet so all makes sense.

- The thing is that Dabura was compared to Cell and Goku then said he was stronger than he thought, if he wasn't compared to Cell I'd agree that Dabura is weaker than SSJ Gohan. Dabura being compared to Cell means that he is indeed above SSJ Buu arc Gohan, or probably around the same level. They can possibly be equals.

If Piccolo surpassed Goku's 50% power showed at Korin's tower, then he would certainly be confident in defeating Cell, specially since they didn't even know Cell have a lot more strenght than what he showed when he fought ASSJ Vegeta and USSJ Trunks.

I agree with you a bit. He lost much more power between BoGs and FnF (Which has a timeskip of 1 years and he was a full growed up), but he still got "far weaker" like Vegeta said. A rage boost can work well to have SSJ Vegeta ~ SSJ Kid Gohan and SSJ2 Goku >= SSJ2 Kid Gohan, and you have stuff to support it like Gohan getting a bit stronger when the Cell Jrs start to attack the Z Fighters.

The Cell Jrs were also toying with the Z fighters. They were all fighting to a level where they are not able to kill them. The humans were too weak, they are like thousands times weaker than Piccolo. They were obviously going to be taken down even with the weakest hit. With Piccolo, however, he's much stronger, and the Cell Jrs' holding back power against him wouldn't work as effective as how it was against the humans and Goku. Then we have Trunks and Vegeta, who are stronger and are capable to fight against the Cell Jrs in their "holding back" strenght.

I would certainly increase Piccolo's number on my list. The problem is that Piccolo should train for 7 years and should still be way below Supreme Kai (more like x1.5 difference for a "different dimension" approach), who in turn is weaker than SSJ Gohan.

Well I'd now agree that Piccolo is really close to Goku 50%. Probably like 45% or so. The thing is, everyone at the Cell Games were very surprised when Goku went to full power, even Piccolo, because everyone thought that Goku's full power was his 50%. There was never proof that Piccolo was suspecting anything prior to that, since he was still as shocked as the others when they knew Goku's full strenght. Trunks' shocked expression could be explained with Goku acting so relaxed about the possibilities about fighting Cell. Now that I think of it, there are some other fights where the stronger one was much stronger than the opponent, and the latter could still stand up quite long. Vegeta vs Semi Perfect Cell, Vegeta vs Recoome, Captain Ginyu vs Goku (no Kaioken) are examples. The Cell Jrs were toying with their opponents, obviously not that much with Vegeta and Trunks since they are stronger. And the reason why the humans were taken down so easily is because they are far far weaker than Piccolo, and Goku at least was still conscious when he was down, but he was simply too tired due to all his fight with Cell.

Piccolo is also an intelligent fighter. He can obviously last longer with that advantage.

The answer would be no. Because Kibito is stated to be weaker than Base Gohan, since he couldn't lift the sword (Base Gohan and Base Goku did). However, he is not that much weaker than Gohan since Gohan stated that Kibito is someone that can't be defeated easily if he doesn't use his full power. The Daizenshuu goes further into this and says that Kibito is strong enough to give Gohan in his base form a good fight.

Then we have Beerus' statement that the saiyans never surpassed Frieza in their base forms. Making Frieza stronger than Base Goku, who is stronger than Base Gohan, who is stronger than Kibito.

However, that's only if you take Beerus' statement into account. If you don't think the saiyans never surpassed Frieza in base form then Kibito would certainly have a chance at defeating him.

Nope. It's implied in the manga and stated outright in the guidebooks that Kibito is on a level comparable to High School Gohan's base form, and we know from Battle of Gods that Goku and the other Saiyans aren't quite on Freeza's level in their regular forms yet (Not counting fusions or Ultimate Gohan). I personally have Kibito and base Gohan at around 50~60 million or so, about the same as 50% Freeza.

He's respectable to the base saiyans (Gohan said he couldn't beat him "by accident") but a good chunk weaker than Gohan (He couldn't lift the Z Sword). So it depends on how strong you have base saiyans. Personally, i think base saiyans >>> Freeza and i have him on 18 tier or something.

Goku said he probably couldn't beat Cell. He powers ups and shocks everyone. Piccolo lefts the Rosat and Goku says he's strong, but Piccolo says he's trash and Goku agrees, and Trunks is shocked. It wouldn't make sense if he was weaker than someone who's weaker than Cell. I think Piccolo telling Goku to tell the truth implies he's supecting something is on.
I think you misunderstood me here. While Vegeta and Trunks were holding their own (Cell flat out says they were holding their own. Nothing more, nothing less). But Piccolo can stay on his feet and defend himself, at least for the first few minutes of the fight. The gap between them should be smaller that 1.33x. That's the same gap Goku had over Vegeta to speedblitz him and beat the shit out of him.

To suspect someone has more in the tank doesn't mean a whooping 2x. Considering how Piccolo was like "C'mon Goku, i know i'm trash" even being someone revelant to something supposed to be his FP, it's pretty much something implied.

So Trunks was surprised at how ok Goku was... About Piccolo being trash. I don't think there is other ways to interpret this.

Cell and Vegeta are true tanks, though. A full force kick from a multifolder stronger Gohan didn't kill him, and there's also Vegeta's strain from the form, and Vegeta was in pretty good shape after Goku whooped his ass with the same gap Vegeta one shoted Kui. And weren't Goku and Ginyu fighting suppressed at this point? I think he only used his FP on that charged blast.

Yeah, Piccolo's intelligence may be useful here. But depending on the gap skills can't be enough, and with a whooping 1.5x gap he'd be completely trashed. After Goku effortlessy trashed both Jeice and Boter at the same time Ginyu estimated the gap between them was 1.5x. I don't think a Cell Jr could take two Piccolos without any effort.

We have to remember how small are the gaps required to trash someone here. A 1.25x still something huge, but adding Piccolo's skills and the Cell Jrs cockiness (They were kids, after all) i can see Piccolo standing for a while. He was able to defend himself and only be as injured as Vegeta and Trunks (after the fight they were in the same shape) but couldn't fight back enough to injure his Cell Jr, who was better than Vegeta and Trunks' Cell Jrs.
