Is Kibito way stronger than 100% FP Freeza (Namek)?

It depends how strong you think the base saiyans were in the Buu saga. Personally I have base saiyans>Freeza, and Kibito was close to Base Gohan, so I would say yes he was stronger than Freeza.

Is Kibito way stronger than 100% FP Freeza (Namek)?

By official accounts, no, he is not.

• Even ~5 years after the Majin Boo arc, Goku without Super Saiyan still isn't as strong as Freeza (as said in Battle of Gods, Super).
• Back during the Boo arc, Gohan was noticeably weaker than both Goku and Vegeta, meaning his base form would be significantly weaker than 100% Freeza.
• Gohan notes that Kibito most likely isn't someone he can beat without using his true power, which would mean his full base-form power since he's still operating under the "no Super Saiyan" rule.
• Daizenhuu #7's character bio for Kibito removes any ambiguity around that last point, clarifying that Kibito's battle power is high enough to "give Gohan a difficult fight as long as he wasn't a Super Saiyan."

So... nope. According to the amalgamated official sources, Kibito and base Boo-arc Gohan are on roughly the same level, which is still much weaker than Freeza. Like DanielSSJ beat me to saying, I'd guess they're both around Freeza's 50% level at best.

I've seen people find the Gohan-Kibito comparison a little fishy based on their attempts to lift the Z-Sword, but I just chalk that up to a big difference in physical strength. It's only Kibito's battle power, meaning his raw amount of ki, that's said to be similar to Gohan's. But Saiyans and even half-Saiyans are much more about brute strength, while Core-People like Kibito tend to stay on the more "mystical powers" side of things. So while their battle powers are similar, if Kibito's the weaker one even by a little, that could amount to a big difference between them in the physical strength department.

I strongly question the idea that Kibito-Kaioshin is anywhere near SS3 Goku's level. If he was, it's pretty shitty that he didn't even offer to help out in the final battle with Pure Boo. I typically see him as being maybe a tiny bit stronger than SS2 Vegeta and Goku. And as discussed above, Kibito is officially about as strong as base Gohan.

The formula that I used to use looked something like this: (A+B)(B/A)100, where Fighter A is greater than or equal to Fighter B. This would account for how the Potara probably work better for people who are similar in strength. Since Goku and Vegeta are almost dead even in strength, Vegetto ends up a hundred times stronger than the two combined. Kaioshin and Kibito, who are of vastly different strengths, only gets about twice as strong as normal.

I ultimately stopped using it or any formula, since I think that a fusion of any kind is heavily based on how compatible the two characters are, in ways other than power. Things like size, shape, species, sex, age, attitude, and a bunch of other variables that would make fusion way too hard to factor into a math equation.

Vegeta was probably at least as strong as kid Gohan was, given his confidence about taking on high school age Gohan before he found out how much he let himself go. After getting his dormant power unleashed by Bobbidi, Vegeta was left pretty much dead even with Goku, who was probably not massively stronger than Gohan was, since he considered Gohan a potential partner for fusion. So Vegeta's power-up was probably somewhat minimal, which would make sense given how he's been training non-stop for the last seven years and is probably kinda tapped out in terms of dormant power at the moment. In numbers, here's how the all look:

I've always based power levels on what the card game did and Frieza saying his max was 1 million. Given those details we can assume,

Frieza saga

Goku base/max after healing - 300,000
Frieza final form base - 250,000
Frieza summoming half of power - 500,000
Goku ssj - 1,500,000
Full power/bulk Frieza - 1,100,000

Afterward lets say before the cell games, Future Trunks had the highest raw power level at right about 5,000,000 while Goku 4,000,000 but had the potential to be where trunks was but insisted on maintaining a level head when dealing with this new energy.

Ssj 2 Teen Gohan - 6,200,000

Gohan was the highest of that era, right outside of Broly.

Broly Lssj - 7,000,000

In the Buu saga, Goku and Vegeta both surpassed Teen Gohan but not by much.

The multipliers are way lesser the higher you go, there is a max that the body can handle, hence why Broly had to release energy from his own body to maintain his level. Through training you can stretch your max.

The fusions you would just double the power and such. Or add them together, which makes the most since, the closer you are to each others power level the greater the improvement.

You kind of transcend into it and it makes you immensely more powerful, this is where I believe those insane multipliers come in...

After warming up for a bit, Freeza decides to showcase 50% of his power, and this 60 million figure is taken from the Daizenshuu 7. After Goku turns into a Super Saiyan, Freeza decides to go all out. His 120 million figure is also taken from the Daizenshuu 7.

When Yamcha senses Freeza’s power, Gohan states that he can get much stronger. Freeza never seems to power up prior to his death, so I assume he was suppressed while taking on Trunks.

I feel a lot of people greatly underestimate what Goten and Trunks are capable of. I’ll go into greater detail regarding their strength in the 25th Tenkaichi Budokai section, but for now, Gohan states that he may be outstripped by Goten if he’s not careful. What’s more, Gohan states that Goten would make a good sparring partner, and during their sparring sessions, Goten was able to pressure Gohan. After Trunks is able to graze Vegeta, Vegeta asks Trunks who’s stronger between the two, and Trunks says he’s stronger. Goten also admits as much.

It is unclear whether or not Gohan was a Super Saiyan 2 when fighting Dabura. In the manga, Gohan didn’t display any attributes of the Super Saiyan 2 form, however, Goku states that Dabura is probably about as strong as Cell. If Gohan was a Super Saiyan, that wouldn’t make a lot of sense, as Cell powered up even further when fighting Super Saiyan 2 Gohan. The anime is a little more clear on the matter in that it provides extra dialogue implying Gohan was going all out. What’s more, Gohan definitely looked like a Super Saiyan 2 in the anime.

Pui Pui was easily beaten by Vegeta, so it’s hard to say how strong he is. Since he thinks being able to move freely in 10 times gravity is impressive, I imagine he isn’t very strong.

Yakon seemed to be around as strong as base goku, perhaps a little weaker. Bobbidi notes that Yakon has 800 Kiris in comparison to Goku’s 3000 Kiris, according to Bobbidi’s energy measuring device. It should be noted, however, that 800 and 3,000 are numbers that are often used to symbolize an “enormous amount” in Japan, so I choose not to take these numbers at face value. That said, Bobbidi’s energy measuring device seems to cap at 3,000, so Super Saiyan Goku’s actually Kiri reading might be much higher than 3,000.

Since he was already stronger as a Super Saiyan prior to training in the ROSAT, one can only assume Gotenks’s base battle power is greater than Majin Vegeta’s. Seeing as how Gotenks can now turn Super Saiyan after fusing, he should be able to power up his base state with Super Saiyan energy like Goku did during the Ano Yo-Ichi Budokai

Eem... so this is my Battle Powers for dragonball Z Feel Free to critique.

Your list looks pretty good to me. While there are a few things here and there that I personally don't agree with, there's very little here that I think is outright wrong. I do question Grade 3 Trunks being so close to Perfect Cell, though. Cell says that Trunks easily surpasses him in raw power, but by your list there's barely any difference. My advice would be to either bump Cell down a little or bump the Grade 3 power boost up. One could argue that since Grade 3 puts such heavy emphasis on raw power and nothing else, it's actually a smidge stronger than Super Saiyan 2. Something like 110~115x.

The only other critique I have is in your formating. I like that you included quotations to back up your numbers, but it's a little bit hard to read. Maybe you could put them in italics or something to differentiate them from your actual numbers. Though, to be honest, this is more of a nitpick than anything else.

What’s more, Gohan states that Goten would make a good sparring partner, and during their sparring sessions, Goten was able to pressure Gohan. After Trunks is able to graze Vegeta, Vegeta asks Trunks who’s stronger between the two, and Trunks says he’s stronger. Goten also admits as much.

It is unclear whether or not Gohan was a Super Saiyan 2 when fighting Dabura. In the manga, Gohan didn’t display any attributes of the Super Saiyan 2 form, however, Goku states that Dabura is probably about as strong as Cell. If Gohan was a Super Saiyan, that wouldn’t make a lot of sense, as Cell powered up even further when fighting Super Saiyan 2 Gohan. The anime is a little more clear on the matter in that it provides extra dialogue implying Gohan was going all out. What’s more, Gohan definitely looked like a Super Saiyan 2 in the anime.

Yakon seemed to be around as strong as base goku, perhaps a little weaker. Bobbidi notes that Yakon has 800 Kiris in comparison to Goku’s 3000 Kiris, according to Bobbidi’s energy measuring device. It should be noted, however, that 800 and 3,000 are numbers that are often used to symbolize an “enormous amount” in Japan, so I choose not to take these numbers at face value. That said, Bobbidi’s energy measuring device seems to cap at 3,000, so Super Saiyan Goku’s actually Kiri reading might be much higher than 3,000.

Since he was already stronger as a Super Saiyan prior to training in the ROSAT, one can only assume Gotenks’s base battle power is greater than Majin Vegeta’s. Seeing as how Gotenks can now turn Super Saiyan after fusing, he should be able to power up his base state with Super Saiyan energy like Goku did during the Ano Yo-Ichi Budokai

Nappa is too high and too low. I doubt his power at the Z Fighters was 4k, since he struggled to deflect Gohan's Masenko (Which should be higher than Piccolo) and his full power can keep up with Goku pretty well after he calmed down.

Vegeta at 75% of the Ginyus is too much. You should or bump Vegeta to 32k, or lowball them to 36 or 37.5k. And Post Recoome Vegeta hoped Goku and Ginyu to kill each other fighting, what implies he can't beat Ginyu by his own.

Kuririn and Gohan are too low, they are supposed to be helpful against Freeza. I'd put them at 300k and 360k. Enraged Gohan is also too low, he ragdolled Freeza, but wasn't strong enough to kill him. Zenkai Gohan should also be stronger than Vegeta, since he was the only one to stand up against Freeza.

Freeza did a power up after recovering from Gohan's beatdown.

100% Freeza is too far from SSjin Goku, he fought pretty well until he runned out of stamina. A 20% gap is almost overkill, considering how badly Monster Zarbon trashed Vegeta. You also have more space to work with the Base Saiyans.

Trunks is too close from Mecha Freeza, he was so confident that he told him to power up. Lowball Freeza to 150 or bump Trunks and Goku.

Sick Goku is >> Yardrat Goku, Tenshinhan was in awe of his power and even noticed he was weakened.

20 post > 19 post. While Vegeta stated 19 wasn't as strong as the expected, Piccolo wondered if 20 was as strong as expected or not.

Post humans Cell's gap on Piccolo is too low. Piccolo's most powerful blast only pushed Cell back without

Perfect Cell Arc gaps are ridiculous. To make it simple:
50% SSjin Goku >=< SSjin Grade 3 Trunks >> Initial Perfect Cell = Warming up SSjin Goku* >>> SSjin Grade 2 Vegeta.
*Remember he powered down after showing his power to Korin, and everybody expected 50% to be his max. Kuririn even was like "Now the true fight begins" after Goku and Cell finished their warm up.

Goten and Trunks are too low. If Gohan is a 3,000; I'd give Trunks and Goten a 2,880 and 2,700.

Pocus is too low. He is one of the best fighters of the universe, and was supposed to be able to fill the tank. He also survived some hits from a Vegeta who couldn't sense his Ki.

Kibito is weaker than Gohan. Even though he's respectable to Gohan, he's definitely weaker. He couldn't lift the Z Sword.

Fat Buu = SSjin 3 Goku? Goku was holding back against Buu and later stated he could have beaten him. Kid Buu, who's equal to Goku, didn't have much trouble against Mr Buu. You could to something like this for Fat Buu:
Initial: 7.5 (Gohan thinks he can manage something if he gets mad, and Vegeta laughs of his power)
1st power up: 11.25 (Convinces Vegeta to team up with Goku)
2nd power up: 15 (Even bother to defend himself from Vegeta's attacks)
Full Power/Enraged: 30 (Holding back SSjin 3 Goku gives him a good fight)

If Gotenks can take Fat Buu, and Goku at least could hide his chances, then SSjin Gotenks > SSjin 3 Goku! It's crystal clear. And why you have Gotenks weaker than Buu?

His 120 million figure is also taken from the Daizenshuu 7.

I feel a lot of people greatly underestimate what Goten and Trunks are capable of. I’ll go into greater detail regarding their strength in the 25th Tenkaichi Budokai section, but for now, Gohan states that he may be outstripped by Goten if he’s not careful. What’s more, Gohan states that Goten would make a good sparring partner, and during their sparring sessions, Goten was able to pressure Gohan. After Trunks is able to graze Vegeta, Vegeta asks Trunks who’s stronger between the two, and Trunks says he’s stronger. Goten also admits as much.

It is unclear whether or not Gohan was a Super Saiyan 2 when fighting Dabura. In the manga, Gohan didn’t display any attributes of the Super Saiyan 2 form, however, Goku states that Dabura is probably about as strong as Cell. If Gohan was a Super Saiyan, that wouldn’t make a lot of sense, as Cell powered up even further when fighting Super Saiyan 2 Gohan. The anime is a little more clear on the matter in that it provides extra dialogue implying Gohan was going all out. What’s more, Gohan definitely looked like a Super Saiyan 2 in the anime.

Pui Pui was easily beaten by Vegeta, so it’s hard to say how strong he is. Since he thinks being able to move freely in 10 times gravity is impressive, I imagine he isn’t very strong.

Yakon seemed to be around as strong as base goku, perhaps a little weaker. Bobbidi notes that Yakon has 800 Kiris in comparison to Goku’s 3000 Kiris, according to Bobbidi’s energy measuring device. It should be noted, however, that 800 and 3,000 are numbers that are often used to symbolize an “enormous amount” in Japan, so I choose not to take these numbers at face value. That said, Bobbidi’s energy measuring device seems to cap at 3,000, so Super Saiyan Goku’s actually Kiri reading might be much higher than 3,000.

Since he was already stronger as a Super Saiyan prior to training in the ROSAT, one can only assume Gotenks’s base battle power is greater than Majin Vegeta’s. Seeing as how Gotenks can now turn Super Saiyan after fusing, he should be able to power up his base state with Super Saiyan energy like Goku did during the Ano Yo-Ichi Budokai

I feel a lot of people greatly underestimate what Goten and Trunks are capable of. I’ll go into greater detail regarding their strength in the 25th Tenkaichi Budokai section, but for now, Gohan states that he may be outstripped by Goten if he’s not careful. What’s more, Gohan states that Goten would make a good sparring partner, and during their sparring sessions, Goten was able to pressure Gohan. After Trunks is able to graze Vegeta, Vegeta asks Trunks who’s stronger between the two, and Trunks says he’s stronger. Goten also admits as much.

The anime is a little more clear on the matter in that it provides extra dialogue implying Gohan was going all out. What’s more, Gohan definitely looked like a Super Saiyan 2 in the anime.

Seeing as how Gotenks can now turn Super Saiyan after fusing, he should be able to power up his base state with Super Saiyan energy like Goku did during the Ano Yo-Ichi Budokai

Vegeta at 75% of the Ginyus is too much. You should or bump Vegeta to 32k, or lowball them to 36 or 37.5k. And Post Recoome Vegeta hoped Goku and Ginyu to kill each other fighting, what implies he can't beat Ginyu by his own.

Kuririn and Gohan are too low, they are supposed to be helpful against Freeza. I'd put them at 300k and 360k. Enraged Gohan is also too low, he ragdolled Freeza, but wasn't strong enough to kill him. Zenkai Gohan should also be stronger than Vegeta, since he was the only one to stand up against Freeza.

The Pui Pui Power was very hard to calculate because we know he only live on planet in 10G Like Vegeta, and He also survived some hits from a Vegeta who couldnt sense his ki look at the manga/Anime Mr Popo he stopped SSJ Goten and Trunks with One arm.

Gohan struggled with the 10G on the Rosat and Trunks struggled with the 150G on the Buu Arc. Gravity doesn't correlate with power.

Nappa already saw the earthlings suppressing their Ki, though. Nappa most likely though 5,000 was his suppressed state and got scared imagining what more he had on the tank.

What About M.Freeza(160,000,000) and SSJ F.Trunks(200,000,000) + SSJ Goku Yardart(225,000,000)?

SSJ3 Goku (Probably was Suppressed): 18 Billion+ but i'm add a battle power of 100% of SSJ3 (Goku) because i think he use Full Power. At least i'm giving (Holding Back SSJ3 Goku) 27 Billion and the lowest' at 19 Billions so i think the Majin Boo with a battle power 18B is pretty good. Thanks for correcting me.

Is Kibito way stronger than 100% FP Freeza (Namek)?

By official accounts, no, he is not.

• Even ~5 years after the Majin Boo arc, Goku without Super Saiyan still isn't as strong as Freeza (as said in Battle of Gods, Super).
• Back during the Boo arc, Gohan was noticeably weaker than both Goku and Vegeta, meaning his base form would be significantly weaker than 100% Freeza.
• Gohan notes that Kibito most likely isn't someone he can beat without using his true power, which would mean his full base-form power since he's still operating under the "no Super Saiyan" rule.
• Daizenhuu #7's character bio for Kibito removes any ambiguity around that last point, clarifying that Kibito's battle power is high enough to "give Gohan a difficult fight as long as he wasn't a Super Saiyan."

So... nope. According to the amalgamated official sources, Kibito and base Boo-arc Gohan are on roughly the same level, which is still much weaker than Freeza. Like DanielSSJ beat me to saying, I'd guess they're both around Freeza's 50% level at best.

I've seen people find the Gohan-Kibito comparison a little fishy based on their attempts to lift the Z-Sword, but I just chalk that up to a big difference in physical strength. It's only Kibito's battle power, meaning his raw amount of ki, that's said to be similar to Gohan's. But Saiyans and even half-Saiyans are much more about brute strength, while Core-People like Kibito tend to stay on the more "mystical powers" side of things. So while their battle powers are similar, if Kibito's the weaker one even by a little, that could amount to a big difference between them in the physical strength department.

Gohan -- Ki: 100 / Strength: 120
Kibito -- Ki: 90 / Strength: 70

Something like that.

Your post relies on the assumption that Freeza>Base Goku is an indisputable fact. I would rather not get into a debate of any sorts but there are multiple reasons to not believe in that theory in the first place.
