Hey Raykugen, do you have the character sheets for "Hey! Goku and Friends Return!" and the ones for "Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans"? I've got the first ones and some from the second one if you want them. Someone who owns the actual book from Raging Blast might be able to scan some sheets if you want. These might help you for several characters, especially Buu arc heroes and friends.

Hey, well, as far as I know on the images of the Internet, there is no Avokado images in good quality with SHADOWS in the image, if you can get any scan that would be perfect.
Also, from the raging blast 2 book, I would need Freezer, Cooler, Slug and the Ohzaru^^
Because the sheets of the Internet are not totally coloured but on the books yes

Well in that case I've got pretty much the same as you do, except I've actually got coloured Coola and Slug:

But as far as I know aren't the sames of the book, the illustration of Slug uses one of the heads which is there.

It would be nice this illustration of Freezer, but with the quality of the photo it can't be

Maybe someone who actually owns the book can help you. The Coola is exactly the same only the back picture is also coloured.

The answer it's NO. Because AF it's an unofficial fan series and the characters of DBHEROES do not appears in the anime.

You should consider doing any official DB characters, including DB Heroes and DBO.
And I assume you're not gonna do characters with their original (manga) colors?

Also, why not make the "intro images" have a transparent background rather than white, so it would fit the forums' color?

I've suggested this before, Heroes characters, manga versions of characters, just have like two version of the same image, manga colours and the whole issue with Namekian fingers and Cell, etc.
