Gifs? that's a bit complicated, isn't it? why not jpg or png? of course, you're not animating them, so i guess it can't be to difficult. Curious as to what program you use. Not that I do much but when i edit images, I usually use Gimp. Though it's powerful, Gimp is a bit of a beast to work with.
Also, is it just me or does that... wait, who the hell is that? the one with SSR? is that black? Anyway, i know it's not, but the face almost looks like it's photoshoped onto the character. I've seen that problem before. it's... odd.
