Thanos would be a great God of Destruction, and seeing how he can wipe out half the universe faster than Beerus could, I think he's the stronger one, at least with the Infinity Gauntlet.

The Infinity Gauntlet is above anything in Dragon Ball. With the Earth's Dragon Balls, he can't do much with them. If he had the Super Dragon Balls, that would be different. The Infinity Gauntlet is able to over power the Ultimate Nullifier after being fired by Quasar against Magus with the IG. The Ultimate Nullifier is the same device that can destroy and re-create the Multiverse.
