Gosh, did he actually shot the girl in the actual movie?
Well, of course. It is Nicholas Cage... Oh, and they got ice cream afterwards... And she was wearing a bullet-proof vest

I'd find it cute if I wasn't traumatised by the tellitubbies as a kid... That fucking sun...

In Z, the characters were so depended on Goku that they couldn't go an episode without mentioning him in some way even by hoping he will arrived, get better, training to get stronger, our last hope, being like him, ect. Goku was wanked to hell in Z, even when he wasn't in the room and everyone else was secondary to him. In fact, this was a major issue Goku had, which is why he didn't want to do anything in the Buu Saga.

I'm not clicking that view button. But I want you to know, you're a despicable and loathsome creature who doesn't even deserve to be likened to a human being. WORSE THAN HITLER!

I don't see the interesting or funny aspect aside from him trying to sound like an even more drunk JonTron.

I can't pin point it..
He has that Mr Piklette/JonTron voice that can rant about socks in the most bland language and you'd still think there was a good joke in there.

"Trunks is the one to kill Zamasu, not Vegito... WHHHHHHHHY!?"
Yeah, the character who the arc is named after, is an integral part of the arc and has strong personal stakes connected to the villain and their actions; why would he be the one to lay the killing blow? Makes no sense.
I mean, we can go back and forth on if Trunks's victory made sense or not. But it's obvious WHY he was the one to 'kill' Zamasu in the end.

Are we too old to enjoy new Dragon Ball movies/series?

Guys, I'm going to be straight with you. If you feel the show has gotten 'silly' ... it hasn't. You're just 'too old for this shit'. Seriously, 95% of the people in those boards do not fit the target demographic of the show, so don't expect the show to be 'everything you hoped for'. I'm referring to the people here who expect Super to be rich with dark moments, serious storytelling, meaningful characters etc etc. It won't. It's a show for kids. A show for kids being kids. Everyone in those boards has a manchild in him/her, clamoring to get out, and that's fine. But having unrealistic expectations (such as believing the show grew up alongside you) is naïve at best. Honestly, do you take seriously a story where the supposed God of Destruction halts his urges to blow up stuff in order to eat ice cream sundae? That's the show's silliness at full force, take it for what it is. The show hasn't matured one bit, so don't expect it too. Again, I'm not saying that's a bad thing. I'm saying *that* is DB and always will be.

I don't because it simply doesn't make sense. Summoned from where? How? Not to mention that the whole thing is just a way to censor any thought on evolution and the link between apes and mankind. But it's pretty funny to think about it.

This is probably due to the Muslim religion being so mainstream there. They're likely a creationist religion and the idea that something can change into an ape like form instead of "summoning" it would imply evolutionism.
As we all know, people of the Muslim religion are very vocal about things that offend them. So as a company dubbing another country's show for your own country, it makes sense to adjust it so that it doesn't upset your audience.
Just like how Mark Satan is called Mr. Hercule in America.

I didn't mean it like that, basically I am saying i like the ape form and would like to see it get rid of it's limitations, need of moon being one..

I'm not so sure that's the reason. Sorcery and sorcerers are suuuuuper evil in Arab tradition; it could definitely just be they made it that way to add to the villainy of the Saiyans. Curious how they handled Goku's transformations in DB though, where "summoning" makes no sense.
