[Fan-Manga] Super DBAF by Young Jijii/Young Naoyuki

Apparently, Young jijii and Naoyuki (Omada, and the same authors of DB After) are redrawing his DB Ultra manga soon and I figured it was worth posting. I believe I have his original version of DB Ultra somewhere's or at least have seen it. If I remember right it is a continuation of DBGT, much like DB After is a continuation of the original manga. Would anyone care to translate this?

What... Exactly is the plot of this tale? I'm just baffled that there's Freeza, his men, Cell, and a weird, ugly Buu knock, off that continually proves my point, that all manga doujishns on DB can't make original designs

I've seen this design before in Youngjijii's account. Is it supposed to be a Zamasu design? Because I'm pretty sure the sketch I saw had only one Potara in his ear. I thought it might have been a Zamasu who actually looks like a Kaio (as Zamasu was originally a Kaio in his universe, despite looking like a Kaioshin).

So what's the plot about? I don't get why Cell, Frieza and more characters appear, unless there are a hell lot of flashbacks or something.
