Chris Stuckmann reviews Dragon Ball Z

I'm a big fan of this guy's movie reviews, and while he's spoken about his love for Dragon Ball before, he's never done an actual review for it up until now. It was interesting hearing his thoughts on the series, especially since he seems to be one of the more casual fans, judging by his referring to the original Funimation dub. I highly doubt he's seen Kai, and I'm not entirely sure he saw Dragon Ball either. He admitted he hasn't seen Super, and doesn't seem to be a fan of the Japanese version, which is fair - although I do think that comment at the end about him wanting Goku to be voiced by a man was a bit unnecessary, since Nozawa is brilliant in the role, and I'm sure he'd realise that if he gave it a chance. But eh, different strokes for different folks I guess. All that aside, I agreed with most of what he said, especially about the Frieza arc being the best in Z, and the Buu arc getting a bit too absurd at times. The Cell arc was fun, but it did have a multitude of problems, none of which were addressed in this review.

Overall, this isn't a massively in depth review like some of our big DBtubers have done in the past, but I do think it's worth a listen to if you're a fan of Chris Stuckmann, or are simply interested in hearing what a reasonably well known reviewer thinks about DBZ.
