#16 may be able to register emotions but not actually feel them as a human. In the panel, he isn't bothered by the hatred he is "feeling" which leads me to believe that he is just registering the emotion wave in his sensors (which could be described as feeling).Fionordequester wrote:Why not? Anyone else feel like we're jumping the gun thinking Vegeta beats Cell? I know Vegeta has his new power but thinking about it Cell is somewhere between SS3 Goku(Buu Arc) and SS3 Gotenks/Super Buu after his last match AND he may be getting a Mahon boost on top of that.
Randomly been thinking about that all day and I've convinced myself we may not actually see Goku vs Vegeta(If Cell loses, the tournament definitely gets interrupted prior to it happening.)

^ Movie characters don't have to have the same strength they did in the movies, so Hirudegarn isn't necessarily as powerful as he was in movie 13.
And nobody commented on Cell's power during that fight, so I have no idea how powerful he's meant to be.

Anyone want to take any guesses what Vegeta's new form is? I think he's found a way to channel SSJ in base, so when he does go actual SSJ or SSJ2 the multiplier would be even larger.
